Sources for reporting weapons inaccuracies

Context: I recently tried to submit a bug report to Gaijin suggesting that a vehicle (in my case, the Kfir C.10) has armament inaccuracies. I based my arguments on official sources, and as secondary sources, I relied on experts and marketing websites directly related to the issue I mean changes that don’t require declassified information or anything like that, it’s obvious and objective information… The problem was that the mod said me I didn’t base my report on correct primary sources. I investigated and realized that the correct primary sources for Gaijin are the “OEM Manuals.” I tried to obtain them, but it’s only possible if I’m part of a related organization (military-administrative), and those aren’t for public use (so impossible). So, how can I propose such a change based on the only possible sources available to me (a normal civilian) if they aren’t accepted? Pls help me.
