IMO I think the MiG-29A (both the Russian and German models) should get the R-73, but in return remove the R-27E. It’s so that they get the chance to fly with the IR missile of their generation without over-edging it with the R-27ER as the earlier models but at the same time keep it historically accurate.

Phantoms dont even have all aspect IR missiles yet they are facing modern jets.Gaijin needs to give them AIM-95 to give them some chance surviving.
