Sons of Attila - Rumor Round-Up and Discussion (Part 2)

the thing here is that the whole lynx was made by a german company hungary did not do anything of it he just bought the lynx

I think you mean ER1, EP is a anti-radiation (AWACS killer).

Everything, vehicles, etc. is situational at this point

always has been like that

not completely classified i did make a post within this part 2 of the discussion and posted the stuff the PUMA had and even so you can find a lot of official info about the PUMA there was a 140 page post in the old forum about EVERYTHING the PUMA was missing

Still I disagree that just because “X country” company made a vehicle, means that it should go into X country.

I’m gonna need better reasoning than “because it was a German company”

my reasoning it shouldn’t go to germany is the German army rejected it

it wasn’t even considered

so you are saying that even if they made it they shouldnt go to their country like the challenger 2E did?

Ah well, then I agree. Especially if a country rejects a vehicle, it has no business of being in that tree. Unless the tree has literally no other option

Germany already has the Puma. It’s as shrimple as that

i dont remember germany rejecting the kf41 they rejected the redback and the KF41 was left for consideration but that was it

Depends if they rejected it or not. Or if there is no other option, like I said

SMT really is late 90’s if we’re being honest. Hence my surprise like I mentioned yesterday.

I do believe that the SMT is proof that the Su-27 will be added with full capabilities, and they’d rather give an upgrade to the MiG-29 than give us a gimped early production Flanker instead.

In terms of chronology, not technology, Su-27 should’ve been next, by about 10 years.

the thing is that it really depends since rheinmetall its adapting the KF41 to the countries needs so if we see a KF41 for germany first it probably will be one with a crewless turret the rest, well idk

And for the Russian mains crying the T90M is in there as well

Same with the dozer blade, that’s penatrable, but I don’t think the UFP is. Has anyone been able to check yet?

Finally, guided munition CAS

what was it used against?

how is it guided?

what warhead does it have?

since germany really is having some troubles with their PUMA’s malfunctioning badly they do plan on replacing it in a near future since they really have a lot of problems
