It sounds so harsh, but I almost have to agree with you. Leo 2A4 I think can stay, it’s a tougher MBT that I think Italy could use.
But yeah, the Warsaw Pact vehicles really do belong in their own tree.
If you blend the rainbow together you get the same color, if you blend the trees together, you get the same experience damn-near.

so i have some reasons to think it wasnt added “yet” its unfinished it dosent have the composite some internal modules, missile storage modeled, not even the aps is modeled yet so yeah maybe they will get one in the future but not now it just wouldnt make sense at all it isnt in the german tech tree and using the excuse “its not in service” its dumb
i know the guy who was assigned for the german tech tree did say some wild stuff in the old forum like comparing the puma ircm with a remote control(no joke he did do that)

While I disagree even for the 2A4, and the only thing I currently like is the ZSU-23-4 (considering they havent said anything about the Italian radar SPAA that got passed on), you make a good point. They also don’t have to line up this subtree as a separate line. Why don’t they consider placing them within the already existing lines? It’s not like Hungary would overwhelm the Italy tree like that.
I appreciate Gaijin’s work with the unique Hungarian additions. I don’t want to see the Italy tree flooded by more people only there to rush lines for some random vehicle.
That doesn’t mean anything.
For example, the US was responsible for a pretty thorough refitting of the Jean Bart battleship during WWII.
That doesn’t mean the Jean Bart refit should go in the US tree. That would be dumb.
Just because someone built something FOR someone that they paid for, doesn’t mean it belongs to them. Especially if it has no connections to Germany’s military whatsoever, they haven’t even evaluated it for use. At all.
