Maybe, but who knows.
I’d say it’s closest to the F-5E in regards to that getting CMs, AGM-65s and the 30mm gunpod which were never used in US service, but could theoretically be integrated if they wanted to.
Not impossible tbh, plus the A-6 for the tech tree has been known for a while
The list isn’t wrong, it just doesn’t have everything on it.
that is J10
Hopefully we get one more devblog today. Also we should get the teaser tomorrow right?
thanks for clarification, never seen it before
if there even is a teaser
now that the Viper C is blogged about I don’t know what else should be more.of.a highlight than it
@Smin1080p Why the F-16C can use the AIM-7M without the CW illuminator in WT?
Is that Gaijin’s balance? why can’t J-8F do this too?
Could be british light tank line.
Could be Fox 3s
Could be better high tier tanks or SPAA
Could be a lot of things
Btw, can we see the f16c as introductipn of 12.3?
Damn, was personally hoping for the AV-8B NA this update and something like the Block 50 on the next one. The Americans still lack the Harrier II that they themselves developed from the original Harrier.
Probably so that it is usable until J8F and F-16 get Fox.3
I hope so
imagine it at 12.0
How about letting other nations in on the fun?
US has been getting pampered with jets, the F-14B was added just last patch and now we’re getting an even more capable F-16 whereas everyone but Russia (because according to the leak they’re getting the MiG-29SMT) is being left in the dust for the N-time.
You’re arguing that the MiG-29 has been dominating, but completely ignore that before the MiG-29 we had some ~8 months of F-14A making ARB completely unplayable for everyone. Before the F-14A we had MLD dominating of course, but US was the one that had it the easiest at the time…
Why are you so focused on just RU - US in ARB? What about UK, Germany, Italy, Japan, China etc? Are all those nations simply non-existent to you?
Well the Mig-29 for starters…
Both USA and USSR should be left alone for now after the update. They’re setup for the foreseeable future at top tier.
Once again, Israel is taking a step further from Baz. Maybe we’ll never get them within this decade.
I don’t know, what about them?
They may get whatever they can whenever they can, but if they just didn’t make or put in service as many vehicles in real life to implement ingame as these two superpowers, then what can be done about them?
Besides the brief MiG-29/R-73 stint, the US has maintained a solid lead in aircraft quality/technology for a while; only just in recent years with the PL-15 has that been contested. That’s why Gaijin needs to be incredibly careful with what jets to add in order to maintain balance.
Probably why they chose the F-16C. In game terms, it’s not a massive jump compared to previous models since we won’t be getting its more advanced features/missiles. It allows Gaijin the freedom to add those features/munitions when the time comes. Compared to the F-15A which would be hard to balance without flares, it’s a smarter choice. I still would rather the F-18 if they had to choose, or preferably just fleshing out trees without a power jump.
