HMD usage for US began with the AIM-9X program, we realized it wasn’t worth the effort since our missiles weren’t capable at the time of pulling the G’s necessary to make off-bore shots and still have energy to hit the target. But if Israel gets the BLK 50 then you will see it there most likely since they and USSR were using it.

Doesn’t fly with China, there’s 3 completely indigenous jets missing from top tier right now in the form of the J-10, the FC-1/JF-17 and the F-CK-1 and we can make it 4 if we include JL-10
For UK the Tejas could have been implemented as well as the Eurofighter protos for Italy / Germany too
The rest are just waiting for their own USA export/ RU export so I will exclude them
And France needs its Mirage 4000 the 2000-5 is super trash right now

the last time I remember a Minor nation dominating was when they added JA37C and the only advantage that thing had was it’s flight performance
if they add a Gripen now it’ll already be countered
if they add an F4F now it’ll already be sub par
if they add MICA at the same time as AMRAAMs France may be On par but not dominating
Italy with Earlier F-16s that have AMRAAMs will also not dominate but be just shy of competetive
I don’t even need to talk about AMRAAM capable Tornados against SMT and Block 50
Japan Will either be left out completely until F-15 joins in or get another prototype which they sure won’t make on par with US and USSR
China will most likely be left with J8 for now which won’t be the big danger of the coming Meta either
Israel will probably get a Block 50 so it’s eaual there too
it’s sad but I don’t believe we’ll see a Minor nation being top dog again
I must add that I consider Germany a Minor Nation in Air now

Gripen was always going to be below expectations, especially because some players really thought it was going to be the only platform with aim120 for a whole patch.
F4f would always have been subpar, a missile truck with no flight performance.
MICA IR would be the absolute best IR missile ingame for a long time.
Japan can recieve an XF 2 or straight up F2 with limited armament and will remain competitive for the next patches till we recieve eurofighter and rafale.
We dont know what china will be getting.
We don’t need 1 top dog. Japan, france, germany, UK and china all have stuff that could reasonably be the top dog if introduced.

I am still waiting for you to tell me what planes you expect Japan, Italy or U.K to get until the game is ready for Eurofighters and F-2 (we are close to F-2’s level already by the way, just not Eurofighter’s just yet).

The F16C block50 cannot launch sparrows, and the US Air Force’s F16C block50 has not been equipped with sparrows; Just like the J-8F cannot be equipped with PL-11, we must request that the F16C block50 remove the Sparrow configuration and provide it with a 6 * 9M mounting plan until the arrival of AIM120!

Well as we now know britain will be the home to commonwealth aircraft. You can see stuff such as the Tejas, Indian migs, South African gripens, Canadian CF-18 and Aussie F-16 etc
