With the F-16C - Japan could get the Mitsubishi XF-2A Prototype “Viper Zero” and the Mitsubishi / Lockheed Martin F-2A Support Fighter.

yes but that jump was expected to be F-15 + Su-27 not the F-16
at this point it’s overdue we need a J-10 cause J-8F cannot handle gen 4s at all, whenever someone knows you exist you CANNOT kill them and you will die

The list was overally short, so it is either incomplete, or very coincidential.

I bet on luck, it was a well thought out list and I really think someone just put a few days of serious thinking into faking it
unless gaijin has multiple internal list, like one for cold stuff and one for hot additions like the F-16C
Both of these are heavy fighters which i’d say would come later. These are lightweight multiroles

US F-16C 's can’t out of the box, though as the capability was refit for some client to which the sale of the AMRAAM is restricted. I would judge it to be somewhere between the reality bending power of the F-16AJ and F-4F having access to the AIM-9J.
While technically possible it would be quite anachronistic and would require things to have gone very wrong for the US to seriously considering having to return to using Sparrows in place of AMRAAMs.
Most of it was in the files already iirc. Only the flame t-55 is weird.

If thas is what it is, then someone probably spent few hours taking the most likely things and putting them in the list. Or someone hadthe whole list and decided to show only a part of it, not to spoil the whole fun.
honestly since they have a powerful PR machine and we’re literally writing on their forum this could very much be true

Nahh, I say this list has been way too lucky. It seems that whoever made the list definitely had access to some good info, but not it’s apperent there definitely missing some thaings too, so for those not excited, hopefully there still a lot of cool stuff on the way
We’d like to mention that our artists, especially for the F-16C Block 50, have prepared a very cool “snake” camouflage of the Viper Demo Team aerobatic team.
