My reason for being hopeful about the F-15 is that 9.19 on the list you seem to revere so much, the MiG-29SMT could just be a CAS upgrade but it could also be an A2A upgrade as well, 12.3 is right around the corner so the F-15 is probably coming sooner rather than later.
