It’s a pity that nothing was leaked for Germany. It’s a pity, I’m talking about all sorts of 2A7V, 2A7+ and some other rotorcraft, maybe a helicopter or an airplane, except for the F4F ICE.

I personally don’t really support the South Korean tech as a Subtree for Japan and would rather see nations like Thailand and the Philippines instead, but I don’t see the point in this argument.
A subtree is supposed to help a nation perform while representing another country. If the subtree vehicles are simply the same as the host nation they won’t be added due to redundancy. And that doesn’t help with lineups or gaps, and doesn’t represent the sub nations military either.
So while I agree with your overall opinion I don’t quite support this specific point.

They were brought in as early consultants in the project. While both France and Germany were never consulted.
As for the whole Sweden Finnish thing goes, if merely donating some equipment is enough for a sub-tree then Japan donated some of Koreas first helicopters as well ethnic Korean graduates of the Imperial Officer Academy being almost the entirety of the ROKA and ROKAF officer corps and Chief of Staff for the first few decades post war.
SK actually looks better to me, it would be kinda strange to see VT-4, T-84 and Type 10 in the same TT, while Philippines can barely bring something gamechanging to Japan. Maybe it would make some politically affected people mad, but gameplay wise ROK just perfectely fits Japanese TT in the game, making both nations competetive compared to 2 neglected TT with multiple issues. Imo I believe SK people will be just happy to see their vehicles implemented regardless in which TT.
PS I would also suggest a reworked nations with subtrees representation a bit, I mean like this:

No, they NEVER think so.
Koreans would rather have their vehicles NOT implemented to the game than appear in the game as a Japanese subtree.

Unfortunately both of them have stepped back from being as active as they used to be, atleast certainly in this thread, and while obviously they both have more important things to worry about, it’s a real shame cus outside of the occasional answer or hint from mods and Eva that could be found, there datamined and leaks were some of the few things of value found in this thread.
