We won’t see sub-trees in the filled nations until all other nations have a subtree.

Your numbers aren’t accurate at all.
Copy-paste means the same exact model, visually & physics, as well as loadouts, as another vehicle.
For example, a T-72M1 is not a copy-paste of T-72A even though they are rather similar.
Japan has 6 ground copy-paste, and 3 tech-tree air copy-paste. And 2 of them are Sabres.
Helicopters has the AH-1S.

Italy already has their F-16 ( and Tornado ADV ), so the next new domestically-operated fighter aircraft we can expect from them is Eurofighter - probably a ways away. More likely in the near term is the replacement of their Falcon 's AIM-7 w/ AIM-120, but even that probably won’t happen until atleast the update after the J-8F and whatever else introduces maneuverable ARH missiles alongside it.
AMRAAM As are likely this year, which includes F-16s.
Also we won’t see them on the existing F-16s as to keep them 12.0 unless there’s a 12.0 to replace them.
This is what I’m trying to push and mean. I don’t see an aircraft as C&P if it has something different, I’ve seen to many people go see a name for example Spitfire these people will moan like hell. But in Turkey case if we do have Turkey that it has at least two unique IX mods they can have one with 8x 0.303 and the other standard one can carry bombs and rockets which the Israeli one don’t.

I can see that applying to the american and Chinese ones, since both of those nations have further variants and other vehicles which could fill the position AMRAAM-equipped rearmament 's of their current F-16 's might. For Italy though, it really depends on how long, and the size of the BR gap to be created during, the wait for Eurofighter will be.
F-4F ICE from 90’s era good meta new fighter aircraft toptier, MiG-29G with R-73 it’s fine if MiG-29A 9.12A won’t R-73 but did not retain the R-27T1, another Tornado F3 with AIM-120 add under Tornado F3 basic and Sea Harrier with AIM-120 but not sure that place under Harrier GR.9A or F-4K Phantom FG.1 ?

Pls no more high tier C&P for Italian top tier, It’s in dire need of ingenious subsonic jets from 6.3 and higher. Aermacchi (from the least armed MB-326B and MB-339A to way more advanced MB-326K, MB-339K, MB-339CD and maybe someday even M-346FA) and AMXes (including Brazilian variants as premium in the same way as Su-25, showing Gaijin that Italian tech tree can bring money if you treat it well) should be priority.
Not a gen 4 airframe though, then the JA37D would fit into that same category.
There is also the AV-8B+ for Italy, so there is another AMRAAM capable interim airframe, if they aren’t going to add them to the -15ADF. It would also help provide top tier A2G support. and effectively be joined by the US and UK variants of the AV-8B.
