If you would have been smarter you would know the breach area and lfp on the 2A4 can be knocked out pretty easy by the 2S38.
In any case as others have said flanking in the 2S38 is preferable to facing things headon even though it can be an absolute menace headon.

It should be 11.7 at the very least.
