So is the su-34 not getting the grom-1 now?

Listen professionals are there so we dont have laughable update like last one that was full of bugs.
About whats broken or not, like dont you think that before you try to put it in game?
Also giving people on Dev server to test before it hits live is redicilous. But yeah I guess Im wrong and Gajin is doing good thing as we can all see with consistent fail and L they get with each update.
My bad

12 to 18 bases IS DUMB EVEN FOR SIMEC do you know how quickly a match can end with that amount of bases destroyed AIRRB and SIM matches are still way to short in time lenght the only solution to this problem is adding 200 to 400+ KM maps makes more sense we are gone need them if they are going to add longer range FOX 3s

No, Grom 1 would’ve never been OP in ground battles.
Not enough precision & explosive filler.

I just hope Gajin removes Dev server, this is just wild players are able to kill all the fun in game…just sad…no wonder game is underwhelming

Just stupid

The dev server is here so that a few thousand monkeys can have a crack at fidning broken things on the game.
It’s a much more efficient way of doing things since your few “professional testers” always miss things, won’t think about every possibility or straight up not be “lucky” enough to find a bug that triggers seemingly randomly
Furthermore, it allows players with the necessary sources to suggest changes at a stage where it is easier to change the vehicle without upsetting any established line-ups, balancing, etc…

“So yeah they will find all bugs (since they are paid for it and it says liek that in concract), they dont test it by just playing the game its lot more complicated then that”

wheeze

Tell me you don’t know squat about software testing without telling me you don’t know squat about software testing

Oke man hope you have a great day and just a little advice, you never know who you talking with and trust me you are the one not knowing anything. But I am all for anyone to have their opinipn no matter how incorrect they are…
Enjoy and educate yourself.

lmao, what an answer
My dude, i did software testing on a much less complex project than War Thunder for 3 years, i think i can at least pretend to have at least a bit of experience on the subject. War Thunder, with its much larger scale, will have bugs that simply can’t be found in a reasonable timeframe by a small team of professional testers

I too am all for anyone to have their opinipn no matter how incorrect they are…

Please do not bring personal disputes here. Take it to PMs.
What you two are discussing about goes off-topic (and you’re going personal). PLEASE, BOTH of you, take it to PMs.

People are upset because the Grom was literally the only interesting thing about the Su34 now that its removed theres no reason to play it especially since the PESA radar isnt modeled as a PESA now its just a strictly worse Su-27 which was already the worst toptier jet

Bro has a personal vendetta against Russian vehicles.

Go play against bots if you’re gonna whine anytime the US doesn’t get it’s most powerful possible kit.

In what way would a GPS guided missile make it a step above 16 Fire and Forget Brimstones which is what british mains wanted you’re actually delusional and i genuinely wonder how you came to that conclusion on your own

it’s doesn’t matter that grom-1 reach the base slower than our planes do, it’s just too OP and very unengaging play style. especially in sim battle where reward is even higher. And it’s not like your team is going to steal your base before grom-1 either and it’s because of 2 reasons. 1: no one really bomb base at top tier air. and 2: you can just target the two right enemy bases to guarantee a base kill because no one is dumb enough to try and head-on the entire enemy team to bomb the 2 right bases.

It’s the same engagement as bombs.
Grom 1 was never OP, and Grom 2 was always superior.
But you know, people complained cause Grom 1 had a booster that gave it slightly more range.
Emphasis on slightly, cause I did a test in a match with Grom 2s and got the same range, and F-16 still beats to both bases.
GBU-39, JDAM, JS-6, etc are all effectively the same in the air modes.

Smart decision by Gaijin to leave the Groms out, frankly.

No? I mean you could always just idk… limit it… make it 6 (like FnF mavs) with a max locking range akin to mavs and call it balance with a direct LoS required to lock and fire.

Then have it so that you can carry a max of 9 laser guided brimstones, with 6 being on the same mount as the 6 FnF, meaning you get a max of 9 in total either way. Then ofc, if it does indeed prove to be beyond OP, more so then 6 mavericks, gaijin can adjust accordingly.

EZ clap, no LOAL, no 16 brimstones.

I do wish to see the comments made by brit mains wanting LOAL 16 brimstones with massive range though, that would be interesting to see. I would assume its maybe a couple of people out of the dozens who comment.
