They are also in the same location every single match, so you can just learn their locations or look at a map online.
Also, once located they are marked on the map.
Finally, for more modern aircraft, you can use CCRP to target the Airfields.

that sounds exactly like how Wyvern botters used to be, although they were coded to land the plane on an airfield and AFK the rest of the match. RP grinding while they are at work (nobody that bots a game is employed lmfao) or sleeping
It is. I keep track of scores because I am grinding the event as well. I play objectives in a legit way. Bomb bases, sometimes go for caps or shoot down targets of opportunity (including the zombers themselves). As a result I’m rarely far behind them, sometimes I’m ahead of them. Not to mention I get a decent amount of SL (a good session with a premium plane and boosters can easily yield over 500k) while they go negative, zero SL if they have premium.
The only reason they do it is because it literally takes zero brainpower.
Zombing make 900 score every 4 minute plus the module destroying bonus. You can’t achieve this unless you are a very good player. And it IS also legit currently.
Not necessarily. You can get about 600 score per A2A kill and i’ve had 4 Zombers on tunisia line themsleves up nicely resulting in me making about 2400 score in about 2 minutes. They kept doing it
Well this is not reliably achievable for average players when they are not so good at A2A and the zombers leave after being killed.
In my experience I’ve only encountered one zomber hunter who get score much faster than all zombers. He was able to find everyone without radar. Lmao that guy turned out to be a cheater and was banned in last “fair play”.
Yeah, that I wouldnt recommend, but I often find the 11.3 bracket during events on Tunisia is pretty reliable in an aircraft like the Phantom FGR2/FG1. Especially as I can easily dump 8k of bombs onto an airfield using CCRP before going off and hunting players
Yeah, the average RB player can barely take-off let alone engage in basic A2A combat in Sim. But for the non-RB players in Sim. Farming the Zombers is by far the quickest and easiest way to do events. Though I personally only bother when there is a vehicle I might actually fly
There’s also a.i bombers/a.i attackers.
On Tunisia, there’s a constant stream of this objective.
Smacking them out of the sky with 4 aim-9Bs gives you almost 2K score for little risk and effort if you don’t linger. Pressing spacebar 4 times from behind a.i does not take skills.
You can get some more score if you do linger and shoot down the person trying to escort them.
don’t forget you could switch to RB view when landing… works well with CCRP switch target.
They do it becuase it is easiest way. In my opinion, Gaijin does not ban this method (I do not think it is hard to switch off the damage to the AF, or to switch off receiving points for this, etc) since it will result in significant decrease of SB online.
But they are not able to propose a replacement for this activity. In my opinion, good PvE is a perfect option, since it can provide gameplay instead of simple grind and some challenge, so not all players will be able to complete it.
Do you need a lot of skills to shoot down an overloaded bomber or attack aircraft?
Have you tried to shoot down a Ju-288 or B-25?
I tried to shoot down an overloaded Su-25, it was very easy. This is despite the fact that I play on a mouse and keyboard. I don’t like this kind of gameplay.
Ju-288 or B-25? This is a dead class! That’s why I don’t have an F-15E, because I gave up leveling up Bombers on the B-17.
That thing has a range well over a kilometer out, mouse stabilized.
Your effective range is ~400 meters, and chances are it will tank most of your shots and shoot you as you dive away.
It can also IFF you from 2+ km away by rapidly switching between gunner view and cockpit while you need to be well within their gun range to decide if that’s chinese or american.
Even the stupid slow PBM can absolutely dominate as a gunboat to the point people just bring out rockets.
Yes, I remember a long time ago I flew a B-17 in simulator mode, the gameplay was somewhat similar to the Microsoft flight simulator :D. Yes, I remember how very often I took down fighters that were positioned from behind in bursts, it was fun.
So, you can agree that taking down a bomber covered in guns has a not insignificant skill floor, right?
While true zombers who don’t react may be easy kills, a bomber that’s aware requires very careful approach and long-range precise gunnery.
I do bomb airfield sometimes, but with use of CCRP, so I dont dive and crush, those idiost are(for me) an easy target if I know where are thay heading to.
I dont even see any profit in this tactik.
My suggestion is to reward players after landing, not after 15min or at the time of an action, because if thay do use brain, thay can time the dive and crush to get the reward at the time of death.
After all we who play normal game can be happy that there is someone who is filling the game teams and act in ower plesure, as stupid free kills.
The fastest way to collect points for the event, but in terms of RP/SL farming, no good.
P.S.Well, it’s great, activated a 300% boost, and after 3 minutes the room closes because the players came and left immediately. Just great… Awesome. RIP BOOSTER.
Bombing the AF is a very effective way to get points and RP too. But is not done by just suicide yourself but hitting the AAA or SAM. This way you get very fast 10k points and this multiplied by 2.4x gives very fast the Kfir 40k points.
To kill yourself is very common these days, costs you a lot of SL but brings you faster back into action.
I fly my sorties and try to land. But unfortunately, these days you find a lot of AF campers. As soon as you take off with bomb load out 2-4 rafal or EFT are around you.
Sad
