Would you like to be able to customize your Sim matches (with a few exceptions) so we would be able to customize time, Weather, Day, and possibly [u]bots. That way, you can start a Sim match right away once there is a player on each team[/u], and auto-fills with 1 bot on each team, and when a new player joins, it takes the bot away from the team with 2 real players, but leaves the bot on the other team until the same thing happens.
Also as enabling the bots it helps with wait times as a lot of people join see that there isnt enough players to start the match and then leave, while if it had already been started they’re more likely to join the match and stay
please share this to other websites with the URL to help it gain more traction and become more popular (Reddit, Discord, wherever to help it gain popularity so i can actually propose it to Gaijin)

Bot aren’t necessary, this isn’t Naval.

Yes but usually people don’t join a match because it hasnt started and in turn it takes forever for a match to start or it just never does

I don’t know about bots but time and weather should definitely be customizable

Yeah who knows if this is even able to get enough votes, Gaijin would still need to implement it… Who knows how long that would take if it even happened at all.

Weather really needs to be a customizable feature in matches. I have pancaked into the ground more times than I can count thanks to those thick clouds. On top of that, adverse weather often renders many guided munitions ineffective, limiting their intended use.

exactly that and yeah you can see the type of weather and then back out of the lobby to get a diff type of weather, but it would be so much easier to just let us customize the lobby, minus a few things.

Or if it just told you the weather before you join like it does for customs

I dont want to fly WW2 props, especially ones without attitude indicators nor VSI in these conditions ever again:

This one does have VSI at least. 109F4 does not tho.

This damn match left me with a genuine headache after the 30 minutes I stayed to make good on my booster. Winter + Evening + Thundercloud = eyestrain.

Exactly I’m tired of having to try and start a match and then leave because of the crappy weather. and as probably every other Sim player hates these types of weather too.

nah it is so much fun flying through thunderclouds on afghan and flying into a mountain you couldnt see because of the cloud

Introducing custom BR brackets would also be pretty nice imo, I’ve been meaning to get into sim for a while.

Yes they are? I have sat for an hour trying to create a game only to not get into it because we could only ever get 3 players including me. Do you play sim at all??

Then how is this not something you would want to see? Have you never tried to host your own game? All they asked was for each team to have 3 bots when u first start the match so that you can start games, and then to remove said bots when players join

There isn’t really a difference in what we said unless you’re hung up on your version needing 1 player on both sides.

There usually isn’t an issue in sim player count, imo it’s usually map variety unless you’re playing at like 1.0

They need to update EC, and also how you preview the server lobby. The player count is always false.
