This is a Yak-3 issue, not a 109 issue. That said, you can still beat most players with any degree of skill because most of this game is skill expression and not stat checks, and the 109s have the tools to express skill.
Now compare them to the other 8 nations instead of cherrypicking and using the strongest props in the game as your basis.

Not rare at all. And it can still be bought cheap out of marketplace. And Pay2winnin’s Yak-3 absolutely dominates F4. So there’s 0 point in flying F4 only to suffer from superior enemy.
I also forgot about XP-55 that absolutely stomps Bf 109 F4, and G2 and G6 into the ground.
I’m comparing them to their most common opponents, you’ll encounter and get destroyed by if they can just hold S or push head-ons (because while Shvak’s FI-T IRL had superior ballistics to M-geschoss and that was it, in game it gets so much superior even with AP (similar story with Ho-5 - MG151/20 AP, IT and FI-T should have vastly superior ballistics to those yet they don’t). . Brits can at least outturn them or outspeed them and outrange them (though Hispanos have horrible belts). US can outrange them and outspeed them oftentimes. Japan can outturn them. Germany gets absolutely destroyed.

No. Most planes don’t get absolutely outclassed. Bf 109s and Fw 190s do, because their armanent sucks and they do not possess any significant performance advantage.
Actually Fw 190s are some.of the worst if not the worst fighters around 4.0-4.3.
There’s 0 reason to play Germany, at 6.0 you’ll also get teams that disintegrate instantly, so even of Ta-152H is competitive, being outnumbered 24/7 because team melted almost instantly after the merge means it’s almost unplayable.
Past this and we have:
6.7 262 with no tracers because Gaijin misread bug report and never reverted the change. 7.0 airspawn 262 will lose every head-on and the armanent is so bad scoring hits beyond 300m vs jets is almost impossible.
7.3 262 has some decent armanent but carries 150kg of useless double MK108 and 130kg of useless MG151/20s, and since it has no airspawn, it’s a sad, sad plane. Of course absolutely ourperformed by same BR Soviet aircraft.
Thanks to Real Sh*tter 3.0, German guns have 0 advantages over opponents. It’s super hilarious with Do-335 where MK103 delivers about the same damage as single Shvak, so outside of having better range, it’s a pointless weapon on a platform that routinely gets 1-2 shot by Shvak.
190 sure, 109 does not. You literally just listed what other planes are better at, specifically what they are better at, without listing the actual pros/cons sheet.

I would like you to make a pros/cons sheet for every aircraft in game, because clearly without it, the discussion is impossible. Remember, if even 1 is missing - I can ignore making arguments and can instead complain about your post being incomplete. Go, go, go!

Meanwhile 109s and 190s are the only aircraft I have like 95% head-on win ratio in Wyvern, because their guns have 0 range and they are not maneuvrable enough to dodge. And they don’t have speed to catch me, because they are basically constantly overheating, and with 100% radiators F4 doesn’t even reach 600km/h.
I’m glad we’re ignoring 262s as these are so useless they can be forgotten.

He isn’t wrong. German WW2 planes in WT are absolute atrocious crap.
Their flight models suck, their guns suck, Minengeschoss does ludicrous low damage and so on and on.
The Me-262s are a prime example of that. Basically everything at their BR out turns them, but they can’t BnZ either because most other things are faster, climb faster, have better energy retention. Oh and they also desintegrate when hit by a stiff breeze.
There is no reason for them to be at the BR they’re at, especially with planes that entered service later and have all around better stats at lower BRs. And no “having big gun” isn’t an argument when they can’t bring it on target, have almost zero range, and their shots do less dmg than some 12.7 mm.
109s are perfectly fine.
There is no reason to compress the game further either. Decompress or nothing
109s are pretty garbage. Ever since I started playing Japanese planes I can’t see them as anything but pure trash and the FW190s aren’t much better.
Decompression isn’t some magic fix, especially when some planes with all around better stats are at a lower BR.
