Should the Class 3(P) be added to the SA / UK tree?

The Class 3(P) was a heavy 8x8 armoured car built by a South African company for South Africa but designed by a German company, this vehicle was added to the game before the South African sub tree however now that SA exists in the UK tech tree, what is everyone else’s opinion on this vehicle being potentially added to the SA / UK tree as a premium, squadron or future event vehicle?

Yes, gaijin want to keep the current one in German tt, the one equipped with Olifant 1B turret can be added

we already have the rooikat 105

Heavily armored is a bit of a misnomer for the Class 3(P). Everything pens it with little issue the thing is almost the size of the Maus with a tenth of the armor…

The Class 3(P) was a heavy 8x8 armoured car

It weighed ~10t more than its lighter Rooikat sibling vehicle, these types of wheeled AFVs are also called Heavy Armoured Cars referring to their weight and size not their armour, not a misnomer.

would definitely want this as i missed the event 3p

The Class 3 should be added to the SA sub-tree after the Rooikat Mk.1D.
The Class 3 (P) should not added to the SA sub-tree but this is what should be added:

Agreed

Yep, though I’d like to see it in the tech tree just to annoy the German mains same as the 2A4M

the British had absolutely no involvement with the development, therefore they wont get it.

I was gonna say a simple no to the op but i like this compromise.

I beleive the class 3p was also called the TH-400?

TH-800, it is not 1:1 TH-800 but it is based on it

Class 1 was based on TH-400

Luckily it was built by SA and SA is a subtree of Britain ;)

Nope. The Class 3P aka the TH800 was developed and built by Henschel Werktechnik for a competition held by the South African Army. It lost to the Rooikat, which is why you find the TH800 (Class 3P) in the German Tree and the Rooikat in the British tree.

So it won’t be going to Britain :^)

It would have went to the ZA sub tt, but it was added as a event vehicle before ZA was a sub tt, so it is in German tt.
The variant i posted with Olifant turret can come to the ZA sub tt if gaijin wants, the one in German will not move as it is a event vehicle.

It was never in service with the South African Army, as they rejected it. Therefore, the standard Class 3P wouldn’t have gone to the British tree. However, the Olifant one could in the future.
