As well, I’m South African and I would like the Class 3(P) form the German TT added to the SA sub-tree, but I know the on with the Olifant turret would be a better fit and more unique than a copy-and-paste of an event vehicle.

Developed by Henschel yes, co-built alongside Sandock Austral, a South African company, it also trialled in South Africa.
It has a chance to go to SA under a different name / version :P

Yep I get what your saying, but is the German Chancellor Olaf Scholz the head of state for Canada or is it not King Charles III of the United Kingdom.
It doesn’t matter who designed what anyway, if that was the case the Finnish and Swedish Leopards would be in the German Tech Tree.
South Africa probably shouldn’t have been added as a Sub tree in the first place
Should have been the member nations of the Commonwealth Realm not the Whole Commonwealth

Quite the funny answer but I do agree, the snail has a tendency to put vehicles where they want the vehicles to be, not where it makes most sense or where the players believe they should go.
A vehicle such as the Class 3 could very well get the ITO treatment and be placed in both the Swedish and French (in the Class 3’s case it would be UK and Germany) tech tree because of the dual-nation design of the vehicle, there are many pre-established routes the snail could traverse with the Class 3.
