Should spawns be more limited?

As we probably all now some players like to spam aircraft in AAB.
But today I encountered an example which I’d describe as excessive:


The leaderboard only shows the 12 deaths, but there was actually a 13th spawn:

In total I counted 8 individual aircraft (3 paid premium slots), thus 5 backups were used in addition.

It’s not about this specific player, after all War Thunder does allow or perhaps even encourage such gameplay.
However, I find this to be problematic as this is way out of reach for any free to play or lesser paying player to match on a somewhat a regular basis.

As of now, the limit is at 20 spawns with 10 crew slots (5 of which cost GE) because each aircraft can be used twice (one regular spawn, one backup).
The idea of 20 spawns battles is ludicrous to me, but what do you think, should this limit be lowered?
For context: Ground battles only allow up to 3 spawns for everyone.

I would rather spawn limits (both hard limits and Spawn Points) be removed in all respawn modes.

They’ve got the most ground kills out of thier team, so they are playing the objective more than the rest.

Madgas has 19 ground kills with only 4 deaths. 19*3=57

Doesn’t change the point, they’re taking out more than they are costing in the first place, but they’re definitely playing a role that many ignore.

(38 * 100) - (12 * 100) = 2600

(19 * 100) - (4 * 100) = 1500

limit is 22 spawns.
5 for free
5 for GE
1 for 10 accounts from your reflink

Everyone who used to play SQB on AB had 11 slots and then double usage. AAB is the only mode where you can really use it

Yeah, I’m not a fan of the Lemming Train Thunder. People spawn, dive down, spray and pray, die, spawn again… rinse and repeat. You could be saving your teammate in a dogfight, but then you get run over by the Lemming Train. If one misses, there are another 2-3 behind to take potshots at you. You fight, get damaged, lose speed… game over, as there are people already diving down from spawn, having you in their crosshairs.
There should be some kind of spawn nerf after a number of spawns. Not just the frequency, but the lowered spawn height as well, so people cannot just use their planes a lawn darts over and over again.

Each death of his is lost tickets for the entire team. That’s not the way to do it.

I don’t think you’re correct to be honest… Today I had a match where I spawned 11 times, and there was no drop in tickets for any of my deaths.

I had 48 ground targets to my credit.

This is especially visible in Domination battles. It’s definitely unfair and pay to win element of the game (and please don’t tell me that everyone can buy 11 slots, exp 11 crew slots with GE and use 11 backups in the battle to do the same).

I remember a battle, where my team lost only because the enemy team kept respawning. We had a huge advantage at the beginning of this battle, my team was much better, but as a team we had less respawns available than the enemy team:

At the end I was the only person alive in my team, and the first 3 enemies just kept respawning.

The funny thing is, just look at their K:D. They won this battle only by respawning, they didn’t even play it well.

Unfortunately, this can be abused and there are even squadrons, who only play Air Arcade in full squads with over 90% win rates. Part of the reason is the ability to keep respawning whole battle long. They usually spawn, dive, attack ground targets and don’t care when they die (they just take another plane). Air Arcade is the easiest mode to abuse win rates, you don’t even need to be a good player.

I would personally like to see a spawn limit in Air Arcade. But I don’t think anything will be done about this. I’m pretty sure you won’t even reach the devs to tell them about this problem. You can write a suggestion, but the chance that your suggestion will be heard is close to 0%. Beside, some players like this system, because they can abuse it. It doesn’t matter for them if it’s fair or not.
