as I said above should i try it?
I been around both air and ground top tier for many years and I start to get bored.
Lower tiers can be fun, compression after like 5.x is 100x worse than ground. The grind is helicopters tier so its basically CBT to play higher BRs without a HC/BB premium to skip the ball busting.
how so?
Battleships fighting cruisers, would be like having your 3.7 sherman fighting king tigers every match in maps you cant hide from them and are immedietely thrown in range of their guns upon spawning.
Battleships take forever to kill and dont give more rp/sl for defeating so players just bully the weakest targets they can find.
It’s very fun once you have both learnt how to play it and also find ships you enjoy
Try with different nations and branches, I had a ton of fun one the UK coastal and USSR Bluewater in particular.

It’s true! I’d love to try the naval mode but I haven’t unlocked my tank or plane, so there’s time to try the other modes? Now I’m so tired, I’ve paid for my Premium account, and I’ve purchased Land Premium and Air Premium Vehicles, but the truth is that I can’t find any other time to play other modes, which is really sad!
and regarding planes you face guided missiles with your ww2 plane - would same like in ground you face the pantsir with your p47
If that’s the case, I feel like I’m not going to play naval battles for the time being, after all, my land and sky vehicles haven’t fully unlocked the top!
it happens not every match but when its very frustrating as the “classic” ai aa is also insane precise
You only need to play 3 games to realize that there are way more than 5 players and that this joke hasn’t been funny at all for a while.
And for the author, you can try, You just have to start a game and see for yourself first.
It’s really different from other modes.
nah just grind everything
helicopter grind better than naval grind
It’s genuinely as worn out as the D point jokes
Yes After this update Naval is starting to get more interestring.
I tried playing Heli but I found it hard to use rockets + the pve felt atrocious (and I’m not very good at RB), would you have any advice on how to aim the rockets?
uhhhh
idk man i never play heli before XD
just get the crosshair on the target and fire small salvo and adjust base on ur speed and the trajectory of the rocket
Try it!
Naval RB is helluva lot more chilled and relaxing than ground RB! Sure it’s frustrating at times, but also damn fun and addictive.
If you happen to have a battlepass-reward or something lying around collecting dust, test the waters and see for yourself!
Personally, naval is all WT i play these days! Never been much into air, but god damn im sick and tired of ground RB!
PS! Dont listen to all tye nay-sayers! There’s naval battles popping all the time. Sure there’s AI bots also, but they are as fun to shoot as anyone! ;-)
It is satisfying to pop a ton of bot boats in a mgb 75 (even if it’s not as rewarding in resources).
I was pretty much a dedicated Ground RB player for eons and was always pooh-poohing naval because any video or content creator I watched of a naval match just seemed horribly boring to me. I was gifted the Prinz Eugen several years ago, and 6 months or so ago I was pretty burnt out on Ground RB, so I decided to play a few arcade matches with the Prinz Eugen just to see what was up. It was a completely different experience from Ground RB, definitely more relaxed and not nearly as nerve-wracking or frustrating as often, etc. And on top of that, it’s a great way to print SL, if that’s something that matters to you.
My experience is mainly limited to the German bluewater fleet because I had the Prinz Eugen (and coastal still doesn’t interest me at this point) and since I started playing that ship so much, I’ve nearly completed those tech trees. Got my Scharnhorst a few weeks ago, and am now researching the final ship, the SMS Sachsen. (Hoping to get that researched before the Bismarck appears.)
So, yeah, give it a try! It won’t hurt to try something new, and you might just like it! Cheers!
