If one nation is getting a domestic tank from another nation; in this case, the KF-51 I believe, it’s only right to give that nation the tank as well, but as Germany doesn’t use it, it only makes sense to give them the MGCS, which also isn’t used by them. Yeah, see where your coming from now.
Such a restriction would be like only letting either thr US or Germany have the Kpz/MBT-70, not both.
The KF41 is an outlier since Germany developed it, but doesn’t use it themselves and exports it to Hungary.
