80KM to 120KM is actually a big difference
The C-5 only begins to outperform the 120B beyond 40km
Putting the F-16C at 14.0 with them would just lead to it being smoked constantly by the 30SM2, Aesa Typhoons and rafales more than it currently does

An F-16 limited to 6 missiles going up against aircraft with almost three times the loadout doesn’t sound balanced at all.

The F16C is fine where it is. In my opinion it should get the Aim 120B in order to be competitive. If it doesnt get them it should get downtiered to 13.3.
C5s dont make that big of a difference, Sure they are a little better at long range, but you still wont be going toe to toe with an F-15 or Typhoon simply due to their ability to fire high and fast and firing AMRAAM from longer ranges is usually a waste of time due to the poor state of the seekers, they are too easy to defeat
