Yes but just like the flankers after 27sm, they may all get the fictional double pylons
Im coping rn I cannot imagine having only 8 active radars against 5EX eagle, destroyer of planes, carrier of 16 trillion missiles.
Gaijin always has an excuse to brush things off… The developers stated in a Q&A that asymmetric gameplay is a feature. At the same time, they also emphasize so-called “realism.” In the end, the final say has always been in their hands.
TBF the domestic one would literally be another 04A.
Interesting new discovery:
This J-16 appears to be carrying a twin rack under its air intake. I’ve never seen a Flanker carry a similar rack before. It doesn’t look like an S-130 rocket pod rack, but it also doesn’t seem like a twin rack for air-to-air missiles? I’m not sure… but it definitely looks like a dual rack.

I know about this. It came from an experimental pylon used by the Flight Test Institute in the very early days, yet the two look completely different.

It still shouldve come with the 25mm as a mod,APFSDS would help so much considering gaijin refuses to add any of the billion Chinese IFVs…(im coping with it because i like to play more light vehicles or SAMs…)
its radar
An AESA can be used as a jammer
not only AESAs
even mechanical radars can be used for it, but a mechanical radar wont be able to do anything else at the same time
In the WS-10 engines used in China’s Flanker series, the darker heat-resistant coating on both sides features a rectangular recessed area. Additionally, with the exception of the WS-10B3, all other WS-10B variants exhibit two rows of nuts within the heat-resistant coating area.
Based on these characteristics, we can roughly distinguish between the different WS-10B variants (excluding the WS-10B3, as its features are too distinctive):
- WS-10B used in early J-16/late J-11B/BS:Two rows of securing nuts located outside the rectangular recessed area.
- WS-10B(H) used in the J-15T:One row of securing nuts within the rectangular recessed area.(Note: Its features seem somewhat similar to the WS-10A? The WS-10A model in the game does not show the rectangular recessed area—perhaps this is a bug.)
- WS-10B used in the J-10C:No rectangular recessed area.
- WS-10B3(D) its features are too distinctive,New batches of the J-11BG also use the WS-10B3 (D).
You can see how much Gaijin has butchered the modelling with the WS-10s
And getting Gaijin to correct modeling errors is an extremely difficult task…
Are there any sources about the characteristics of the YJ-91?
