I would like to suggest the Sd.Kfz.251/17 Ausf.C armed with the 2 cm Flak 38 L/65 in the Flaklafette 38.
It is basically a 2 cm Flak 38 L/65 in a Sd.Kfz.251 Ausf.C that has received a redesigned back armor to that offers more space to traverse the gun as well as can fold down.
In game it would offer a mobile relatively armored vehicle and another version of the Sd.Kfz.251, armed with the 2 cm Flak, to the lower ranks and give adequate AT and AA firepower to support the main tank force.
It was designed to replace the Sd.Kfz.251/10 as the command vehicle, as the 2 cm gun was seen as more universal against ground and air targets beyond the 3,7 cm Pak L/45. Earlier attempts with a Sd.Kfz.251 and a 2 cm Flak gun required the modification of the armor plates, while the new developed small Schwebelafette (Ausf.D) was small enough to fit into the unmodified compartment as well as leaving enough space for the ammo and radio equipment all while offering 360° 14,5mm armor protection to the gunner.
History of the Sd.Kfz.251:
The AHA IN6 (Inspectorate of Motorized Troops) requested a armored Half track to accompany tanks on the offensive and perform auxiliary mission in 1939. These tasks were (not limited to) Scouting, mobile HQ, command vehicle, radio vehicle, forward observer and ammo carrier. And be a bigger version to the then also in development Sd.Kfz.250, its smaller brother.
It was an development of the Sd.Kfz.11, which was made by Demag, who was already recognized for their expertise in very small and fast half tracks, which was recently accepted into service. Of these Sd.Kfz.11 were around 12.000 produced until 1945 and additional 15.252 of the armored version Sd.Kfz.251. The armored body was designed and produced by Büssig-NAG abd called Mittlerer gepanzerter Mannschafts Transportwagen (medium armored troop transporter) with the number Sd.Kfz.251.
The Gun:

Mg 42 in AA and anti ground mount at the back. (Possibly)

AP:
Pzgr. L`Spur. o.Zerl. (Ph.) (ApI-T) 0,148kg 830m/s 40mm/10m
Note: Used against ground targets. Soft and armored. 3g White Phosphor Core.
Were fully replaced by the empty ones and later .Zerl in the Desert and other hot places, as the phosphor had a nasty tendency to self ignite in hot weather.
The Ph. marked ones were standard with the filler, however they also existed with an O. which indicated they didn’t have a filler and were only 143g (and 835-840m/s).
Pzgr. L'Spur zerl. (Aphe-T Sd) 0,148 kg 830m/s 2,4g Pent 37mm/10m
NOTE: Against ground and air targets. Soft and armored.
It does NOT have a fuze, the filler is for self destruction, in game it would also explode upon impact when shattering, like the Japanese 30mm Aphe.
Pzgr. 40 L`Spur. o.Zerl. (HVAP-T) 0,100kg 1050m/s 62g core 12x45mm 50mm/10m
Note: Only used against heavy armored targets, where the standard AP ammo does not penetrate.
(There were 3-4 generations, with ever increasing length and slightly weight, to improve stability.)
Pzsprgr. L'Spur o.Zerl. (Aphe-T) 0,148 kg 830m/s 3,6g Pent 35mm/10m
Note: Mainly (?) used by the Navy and only against ground targets.
Pzsprgr. L'Spur m.Zerl. (Aphe-T Sd) 0,121 kg 900m/s 3,6g Pent 33mm/10m
Note: Mainly (?) used by the Navy and against ground and air targets.
(This last picture is an adaption for the Mg151/20 and uses a different shorter tracer, which results in it being also a bit lighter)
He:
Sprgr. L`Spur. m.Zerl. (Hefi-T Sd.) 0,120kg 900m/s 6,2g Pent (10,54g) 5mm/10m
Sprgr. Erd. o.L'Spur. o.Zerl. (He) 0,120kg 900m/s 11g Pent (18,7g)
Note: Only against ground targets.
(Couldn’t find the correct drawing, the Br.Sprgr. o.L’Spur is basically the same, just different filler with Zink.
Brsprgr. L'Spur m.Zerl. (Hefi-T Sd.) 0,120kg 900m/s 6,6g H.5 and Aluminium
Brsprgr. vk. L'Spur m.Zerl (Hefi-T Sd.) 0,120kg 900m/s 19g H.5 and Aluminium
Note: Against Air and Ground targets, reduced tracer length for increased filler. The full weight of the H.5 and Al mixture is 19g, not the pure He filler.
Brsprgr. o.L'Spur. m.Zerl. (Hef-I Sd.) 0,120kg 900m/s 20g H.5 and Zink (7g H.5 13g Zink)
Note: Against ground and air targets. No tracer at all to have a fully capacity HE and incendiary mix, however uses Zink instead of Aluminium, because its cheaper(?). (Weight calculated by Killakiwi)
