Scouting should be given to all Scout vehicles

I understand that this suggestion may seem on the surface overpowered, as giving the ability to scout at Rank 1 could increase the difficulties new players have to deal with. However, I do believe this change should be made: All scout/command vehicles should be able to scout but they do not receive the aircraft SP reduction (they will not be given the “Airstrike” modification, just “Improved optics”).

There certainly are some choices. T-80UK was a scout tank? Doesnt K denounce command variant?

All the light and medium tanks yeah, but scouting shouldn’t be given to mbts in my opinion
