I’m against adding recon to all the listed vehicles. However, these four (M8 LAC, M22, BA-11, and Pz.Bef.Wg.IV J) are strong enough to handle up-tiers. So I think it would be worth giving them reconnaissance, as long as their BR goes up by about 0.7–1.0.
