It can only fire and guide two missiles at the same time. It also has to switch between proxy or regular mode before engaging spesific units unlike in game.
Theoretically, a single Mi-28NM could carry eight LMUR missiles on four APU-L twin launchers
Lmao. Your own source says it’s only possible in theory, and gives an explanation as to why not, but they also mention it’s a heavy as hell missile, so likely weight constraints are a bigger issue, rather than having to “guide” a “Fire n Forget” missile.
He cant/wont. Its the same spiel as always.
“There is no bias”
“heres an example of bias”
“Oh i cant comment on that its not the part of the game im knowledgable in but i also wont concede”
Might be a stretch but looking at various photos I think mounting 8 LMURs wouldnt even fit. They could be too close to eachother thus not being used in such config. If they can be fired or not from the inner pylons, no idea
No those are top tier
As for the end goal, it seems they are more tailored against chemical ammunitions… Which doesn’t matter since the Kontakt-5 and Relikt have more chemical protection anyway.
Basically a prototype missile, assuming it works at all. To be fair AASM IR also needs some changing, it does not work like it does in game at all.
And now explain how are they overpowered :) because after 14 years i remember ka-50 being nerfed after years of being vastly OP while those vehicles got nerfed quickly :) now tell me again how are they op?
well yours is pictur that everyone, with limited skills with MS Piant, can recreate… so
you presume much…
The guidence of the LMURs IRL is not like in-game… beleave me you dont the in-game missiles to have they’re accurate guidence… IRL the pilot have POV from the seaker and can re-direct/lock other target in the terminal phase.
Yeah, and they still weren’t even half as good as LMURs are today. They were, from my own experience, as good as maybe, the JAGM-IR.
And funnily, they weren’t even F&F at first, they were SAL, but the heli was performing so badly, Gaijin had to give it F&F or Hellfires, but at the time they were still pretending to care about “loadout and historical accuracy”, so we got the first ever F&F missile, and after about 2 weeks it was nerfed via guidence, fin deflection (making them turn worse), and post-pen damage heh.
Fin deflection has been fixed giving the missile 10 AoA, rather than the previous 6, along with post-pen damage to a degree, but the guidence is still dog tier.
