Because he didn’t make a single point where something is made up. Read his comment.
He just made up points where I am apparently fine with double standards.
You’re telling me you don’t understand what “SEPv2 having a LWS from a rare prototype” means? Point me to something that’s unclear to you, I’d like to explain it
? Rare prototype means tested, means it’s fine to be in game. Ergo not made up.
Don’t @ me just because you don’t know how additions work
Good, that means T-80B thermals aren’t an issue then? Also, can we talk about the missing Podboi spall liners from, say, T-72A?
Edit: also, wtf does “don’t @ me” mean??? we’re on a forum??? the entire point is to @ each other???
They aren’t. Necron entirely made up that I take issue with that.
Sure we can, spall liners should be on all vehicles that have them
It means that you don’t have to make a comment towards me just because you don’t understand how and why things are added in this game.
Ight, so just to clear some things up: The only made up thing (outside of air, that’s not my domain) you pointed out so far is Kh-38MT, correct?
Nah the belt of the bmpt is still made up. And the loft of the LMUR in comparison to pars, spike and jagm is also made up. (For ground only as per your specs)
Ah yeah and let’s add Iglas vs stingers as well
KH-38MT Seeker does exist, and the missile itself does as well, they just haven’t been mounted together as far as we know.
Opposed to the lofting trajectories of the PARS, JAGM and SPIKE which are also made up by Gaijin?
I thought we both agreed that the other vehicles with similar belts need to be buffed and be made more like the BMPT, meaning that the Marder belt is the one that’s actually made up?
Uhm yeah because there’s a metric ton of sources that the angle in which the loft are not what they do irl. Videos, written statements, brochures, the whole Shabang. The LMUR literally has the flimsiest sources when it comes to lofting.
We don’t. I just said that it’s nice that you acknowledge that the bmpt gets preferential treatment. I think it’s absolute fine that the Marder gets wrecked but I’m not fine with the blatant double standard. Also even if 30mms don’t often chain detonate, it’s very convenient that the BMPTs belt changes exactly at the point where it would become problematic for the vehicle
there’s NO WAY a testbed without stabilizer will be a good option at top tier.
There’s literally a stabilized 152mm powerhouse at 10.7, using the same arguments everyone here use to downplay the T-series tanks, claiming that it is already DOA ends up being absolutely valid.
Okay so, tried to look for a report about JAGM being wrong, found one. So it the report is correct (passed to developers atm), the current JAGM lofting is made up.
On the other hand, the LMUR lofting seems to also be made up.
Why do you have an issue with them being made up instead of balancing them better by making the lofting performance match better
The LMUR one is fine the JAGM one is wrong compared to irl (also very funny that you just straight up ignore pars and spike)
Don’t you understand that making something up for a positive and keeping something negative made up despite ample evidence is different?
Out of curiousity, do you have a source for the CATTB not having a stabilizer?
I can’t find a lot of documents/papers on the CATTB so I would love to read up on it more.
I ommited SPIKE and PARS because the argument is the same without them.
Anyway.
Your focus was on things being made up and on those made up things being almost exclusively Soviet/Russian. I just pointed out that US/German/Israeli/French (let’s bring in the Akeron too) also have lofting trajectories that are made up. Why do you have an issue with that?
I’ve read it here in the forums, in theory a stabilizer was developed, but never properly built or tested.
I’m sorry if I’m being lazy as hell, but I’ll check if I could find the thread and the exact quote later.
Because the LMUR one is not made up. It’s the only correctly lofting agm as per the sources. All the other ones are being left in non or very low lofting states despite ample sources and even accepted bug reports that are, in pars case, 6 years old.
Oh, so the LMUR is the only one out of those missiles that doesn’t actually have made up characteristics?
Precisely, it’s the only one that’s correct
The others being made up to be worse is not the gotcha you think it is
All the new SPAAs are complete garbage, and they can’t hit any plane simply because it’s flying close to the ground. The most ridiculous one is BUK, a giant, enormous thing just standing still in the respawn area waiting to be hit or destroyed by a shot from the other side of the map because the maps are the size of my neighborhood. BVVD is crazy, he’s not himself, he doesn’t think straight, and the map designers at Gaijin should be subjected to medieval torture methods. After saying all that, I’m going to have a coffee. Have a good day.
