Statshark and it’s consequences have been a disaster for the human race.
If it’s unplayable then it needs to go down in BR. Easy. Why have a Br system if you balance things via selective realism?
You hail BRs as this magic bullet for game balancing and realism but somehow ignore the BR system being unrealistic? How can you be in favour of one unrealistic balancing system and be against a system that tries to be realistic but makes compromises for gameplay?
???
The Br system is an ingame system to facilitate balance between vehicles from different time periods and capabilities. Ofc its unrealistic, because it’s artificial, what on earth are you even trying to say? Is it perfect? No. But it’s certainly better than historical matchmaking or straight up making stuff up.
That is an average, not a maximum fire rate
If its helps I remember as well an interview with some random person talking about how darts turn people into liquid it was from a really bad documentary on like the after hours discovery channel so not the best source even if he could find it lol, but I do know what that one is talking about.
interesting, do you know what average means?
This match is a summary of top tier Russia. No matter how good you are, your own tanks will fail you.
You can’t carry with some nations’ tanks, such as Britain and Russia, and half the time Italy unless with its Leopard.
Is that a custom match?
No I got names disabled
According to you the BR system (which I do believe is a good system btw) is somehow the only tool that should be used for balancing the game, instead of balancing the game by adjusting the abilities of different vehicles (usually by not giving them access to better ammunition, reload or wtv) in addition to BRs.
As you’ve said yourself, the BR system is artificial and therefore unrealistic. It seems hypocritical to me, being in support of a artificial and unrealistic balancing system in order to move away from an artificial and unrealistic balancing system
I don’t see why balancing the vehicles directly is something you’re opposed to since this is already a largely unrealistic game. Other than the vehicle models themselves and some interactions, everything is very unrealistic.
It’s unrealistic because this is a game that’s meant to be fun (and therefore profitable for Gaijin), instead of a simulator.
This game is not historical or realistic, never has been and most likely never will be.
I can show my screenshots where Russia dominates the nato forces ez with the combination BMPT’s, Mi-28Nm’s and Su-30/34’s.
A single screenshot doesn’t prove anything.
Your teammates have huge skill issues. Maybe ask them to not get 0 kills after 3 deaths
But that’s the thing, you gotta use jets and helicopters to even be viable.
Shouldn’t be like that for ANY nation.
Also I dont ever feel that depression is anything of factor on like 90 percent of maps I play china so same issues at top tier and rarely ever find myself in a position where my depression is getting me killed the maps are just way to designed around the lower tiers of the game were nobody has any depression really.
Exactly, imagine bein so bad that even low skill floor tanks can’t save you.
Yeah it’s like crying while seating in T-80BVM and BMPT. People just don’t realize how bad they play sometimes
I think gun depression isn’t so important but Russian tanks don’t have reverse gears. Some Chinese ones at least do. When you put bad reverse + bad depression together, half of the map just becomes unavailable to you.
Welcome to combined forces mode.
It seems like their armor does a lot for them because it’s legit the only outstanding aspect that they have.
They are very low potential MBTs. They do the basics of what you want them to do, but their potential and game precense won’t increase a lot with the player skill of the person driving it (so low skill ceiling).
EDIT: Before someone reads this out of the context of the discussion I replied to and starts calling me a Russian main, no I don’t think Russian MBTs are bad overall and no I also don’t think they need any buffs as of now (especially with how dominant Russian CAS currently is).
