SEPv4’s only in-game improvement would’ve been afaik gen 3 thermals (heh), but it’s not needed as there’s gonna be/or there already is, SEPv3 mod 2 with gen 3s installed.
I don’t think Gaijin will model the 2A8 accurately at all tho, so the v3 mod 2 could be a good counterpart, but if they lock in and model the 2A8 as it should be, well…

Tbh i played with the 2A4M and i honestly don’t feel it’s “unfair” that they have turret baskets.

No. As far as I know, this is a feature of the prototype/early BMP-3, and it hasn’t been present on production vehicles for a long time.
You can interpret whatever you want but if something doesn’t belong at the highest BR then it just shouldn’t be there instead of artificially bringing it there (or bringing the others down to the same level)
Germany and Italy don’t have a highest BR heli simply because they don’t operate one irl and Gaijin is not stepping in to make up anything for them. I don’t see why anyone else should be treated differently.

Both Germany and Italy (well maybe not as much for Italy) had Helicopters with FnF missiles before anyone else… and as for the Japane/Britain/France (and the same way Japan/Sweden go for fixed wing CAS) they will get they’re “supplement” in due time… just becous they had it before anyone else (along with Israel), they will have to wait a bit longer.
Exactly and back then they were the top br helis and no one else got made up stuff just so they have top br equipment as well. They just had to wait until Gaijin added real equipment with the same capabilities.
