i talked about it later on in the thread, its people taking the pyrophoric nature of the DU as some kind of super thermite that will melt anything inside the tank, that’s what i was talking about
The T-90s (and T-72s) aren’t on the same level as the 2A7/SEPv2 currently even with all the things you mentioned lmao.
Hell you could argue that even the T-80s aren’t on the same level as these 2 tanks currently.
The only saving grace of Russian MBTs is their ERA. If ERA was modeled to more or less IRL standards (meaning the server would have one hell of a time recalculating angled ERA every time the angle changed) it would negate their only major advantage.
IIRC autoloaders not tied directly to the gun’s elevation would not be able to reload the gun unless it was at a flat horizontal angle to the autoloading mechanism.
Great point in labeling it as Russian MBT. The Ukranian MBT has their ERA underperforming.
Thats the same for all tanks, they all have to have the gun in a fixed position when loading
@Jεcka thats really interesting info you shared, hell of a skill honestly to still load them in such scenarios. But ofc we will never see it, same with the removal of pixel hunting mechanics :(
It would be cool to see armor degredation but WT would need a new engine for something like that.
Manually loaded tanks could reload with the gun angled depending on how much space is available, but it would be extremely taxing on the loader(s).
Me when roblox models the turm III correctly

Literally lmao. MTC is fun to play while keeping almost identical mechanics that WT uses as selling points.
If only I didn’t have to keep switching from driver to gunner to loader lol
Dont all tank guns go into a loading position for the reload sequence when engaged? No matter how smooth the terrain is the gun would always wobble around thus making reload dangerous and a hassle
Removed WT mechanic moment (anyway lets get back on topic)
correct, such as leclerc’s, type 90’s and type 10 advantage of leclerc and type 10 is that they both use tubes to allign the shells so they can start reloding sooner and dont need to be 100% at full straight position
Yeah exactly and now imagine them with the points i wrote. It would be an absolute slaughter if they stayed at the same BR
Modern tanks probably, but just like loading an artillery howitzer, they can be reloaded on vertical angles provided there’s enough space (and the loaders are strong enough)
If they modeled MBT having Barrels go into the fixed loading angle, it would help realistic reloading time for all MBTs
I cant imagine the German health and safety approving that lmao
Because it’s simply annoying such a fake thing exists.
