The funny thing is, the F-16s were already the better performing jets against their mig-29 counterparts
Whilst the Su-27s lost to the F-15A/C/Es for the longest. Shall we remind you of the fox 3 meta release for how dominant F-15C/E were respectively before the rafale and Eurofighters came and started dominating both russia n america?
Only recently did the su30s arrive in april and still can not beat the nato jets such as eurofighters or rafales.
Lack of decent fm is the main issue; but im fine with how the Su-30 has been implemented, i also do not mind if they take away 2 missiles from it. I think it was unnecessary to give it that many missiles.
But no way is it beating a eurofighter or Rafale. In 1v1s or 4v4s or 16v16s of full one jet sided match ups

15e still can just fly up drop off its payload, turn out and be dominant.
Every other 14.0 that was new, aka su30, ef2000, rafa all moved to 14.3 , f15e 14.0
Same as when the F15A dropped it sat a step below worse counter parts

Yep at the time F-15As were 13.0 while su27s went upto 13.3s(when Fox3 jets came out) . And before that being 12.7 while russian su-27s were 13.0 before the first br compression for that time i think

Mig 29 12.7 vs F16A 12.3, f16A wins in every regard bar SARH as it doesn’t have one.
.Mig29 smt vs the objectively better block F16ADF is it ? Sitting at 13.3 with aim120s, as well as far as im aware a better radar.
Su27 got dogged on until very recently, the su27sm was too fat and R77s weren’t comparable with the range of 120s.
The su30 actually brought it back a bit and im working towards it to see how it actually is.

The T-series that you call hand hold are at best oen trick ponies.
Meanwhile the Leopard 2A5-2A6 are really good all round tanks. Not to mention the 2A7s/Strv 122s, which are so good that anyone that can’t get at least a 1.5 K/D in them is a mediocre player.
It’s hard to do bad in the Leopards for any self respecting players.

Yeah I agree, their only strength is that they punish bad enemies. So you are essentially dependant on your enemies being stupid.

Yeah the US gets handheld af when it comes to top tier air additions usually, im not disputing that.
The SU30 literally beats 2 out of 3 Eurofighters on stats despite being played a ton more.

The Su-30SM thrives in the chaotic 16v16 air RB setting while the EFT is a lot better in the smaller scale 1v1 or XvX tournament style setting.
EFT is still the better plane, but that explains the stats.
Cant help it if people dont know how to notch a missile thats basically an Aim-120C5 if not just Russian. Why can the british efts n Rafales beat the su-30s, if the german and italian eft mains cant. Seems like a skill issue there
