The developers don’t tell us which sources they use and that’s why we can’t make a report based on the fact that this load-out does not exist in the sources known to us. We need to provide a source where the load-out proposed by the developer will not be possible.
Whether it’s good or bad doesn’t matter, it’s just how the rules work for players.

if you could mount on any 2 pylons you would mount on inboard because that offers less of an adverse affect on roll control, and less center of gravity shift when a missile is launced

The AH-64E has new Hellfire with IR and longer range, which also carrying more, and I’m pretty sure they are faster than LMUR.
Out of the 10 LMUR I fired at 10 km distance, I scored 1 kill. In an open Desert map, they aren’t all that op.
KA-52Ms and such can carry the LMUR too, but we don’t have an exact model of the KA-52 in game.
