Nope, my bad
The entire discussion was about MT though, so did not bother checking

or how about the fact that they show the stinger as being able to hit aircraft pulling harder than a missile with 17Gs average pull
You wrote Kh-38 so i though you’re talking about all missile from this family.
Does anyone have the bug report and/or thread for the Hammer seeker on hand?
Great job at doing shots from the same angle.
Half of which isn’t related to RU anyways.
I would if you had any sources, but you don’t.
And none stated the G load is maximum or average ?
I know if they actually did this discussion wouldn’t be taking place.
You basically value your assumption more than Gaijin’s which is fine, but don’t act uppity when others are also questioning your assumptions.
Overperforming seeker that vastly increases it’s performance in the game.
We have proof of that and that’s about it.
It’s not rocket science, if you have a document that explicitly states Stinger has 20G on average then post it already.
Until then I’m looking at the age old problem of “my assumption is better than yours”.
Report has been submitted internally by Gunjob and his reasoning is posted in the Hammer thread.
Yeah found it. So its a bandaid solution by gaijin, because the real functionality is not in the game?
Seeker activating at 1.5km away from the target could easily be reproduced by lowering the TRACK lock range to 1.5km.
And completely omit the first phase of the engagement?
You mean flying straight towards predetermined place ?
They exist but not on between the engines.
Should actually be the most inner Wing pylons.
Basically su27SM should actually have the same or similar pylons layout as su33
predictible

Not all is exclusive to RU, but it’s all related to RU
It doesn’t match because it can’t really hit targets in some set scenario. Mistral for example, should hit a target maneuvering 8G. It can in game, but only if your target is nice enough to be slow and going away from you
I don’t need sources. Asking someone to prove something doesn’t exist is a fallacy
I can say i have a Mach 10 hypersonic anti-everything missile in my garage.
Can you prove it does not exist ?
No ? Then Gaijin when ?
Not it’s not about it, even if you insist on turning a blind eye to what doesn’t suit you.
Yeah that part
LOAL isn’t a thing in the game nor is the interaction between GNSS and IR.
Which is why we have POINT tracking for IR missiles and that’s a bandaid for LOAL.
Kind of is on laser guided AASM’s and 38MLs though, isn’t it ?
There’s maybe 100 people that own the IS-7
The reload on the T-10M makes it ineffective, and one shot by heat (thanks to how gaijin places ammo in Soviet tanks aka everywhere) means you get 1 tapped all the time.
Also your sleeping on the A-2D, and the M60a2 my guy.

It isn’t in this case.
Projects are getting cancelled as we speak, it’s nothing out of the ordinary.

When you provide mockups/prototypes and sales brochures ?
Not it’s not about it, even if you insist on turning a blind eye to what doesn’t suit you.
It pretty much is.

So i was right with my inital question then?
Aircraft can provide laser guidance to the missile, meanwhile IR missiles are on their own.
POINT tracking is the very simplified solution to LOAL for IR missiles.
