I am making this post to explain why in my view the source giving 20 g for the Stinger missile is almost certainly referring to what Gaijin call “average overload”, rather than the “peak overload” as they claim.

We have proof AASM seeker is incorrect and uses LOAL, we have no proof of KH38MT ever existing as a complete weapon system.

ah yes, comparing a different missiles average G load to 20 G for the stinger clearly doesnt confirm that 20 G is the average for the stinger

or how about the fact that they show the stinger as being able to hit aircraft pulling harder than a missile with 17Gs average pull

You basically value your assumption more than Gaijin’s which is fine, but don’t act uppity when others are also questioning your assumptions.

It’s not rocket science, if you have a document that explicitly states Stinger has 20G on average then post it already.
Until then I’m looking at the age old problem of “my assumption is better than yours”.

Seeker activating at 1.5km away from the target could easily be reproduced by lowering the TRACK lock range to 1.5km.
And completely omit the first phase of the engagement?
