This is just the WR curve. If you still believe that this only represents the data after 2025, you can choose to add up the monthly data of a certain vehicle and then compare it with the total data
given that it gets data from players vehicle stats it likely does include stats from before it started collecting data, because those stats do
you can see this by looking at a player and seeing that it shows more games than they have played since data was collected

Depends. Like Alpharius said above Statshark seems to be collecting its pre Feb 25 data from player profiles so it’s not too unlikely that they collect their winrates via that as well.

You are mixing together a lot of different issues and using them to reach the conclusion that Russian vehicles are inherently OP, when several of these points are either intentionally misleading or heavily dependent on context.
First, ammunition isn’t simply a case of “Russia gets 3BM60, therefore NATO should automatically get DM73/M829A4.” 3BM60 is the best round Russia can get and its still much weaker than M829A3 and DM53 already.
K5 at 10.3 still makes sense considering its on the slower T-72 series and T-80UD. They’re both at 10.3 because at 10.7, things like the T-80B, Abrams and Leo 2A4 have Thermals. Similarly, Leo 2K without Thermals is at 10.0. Furthermore, NATO tanks have better gun handling and far superior mobility. A Leo 2K can reach easily spots twice as fast as T-72s. The best armour is not being shot at.
Leo 2A5 and 2A4 have different tech of Hull. Abrams turrets have consistently been improved. We actually do know the exact hull layouts of Warsaw Pact MBTs due to the amount of captured and studied equipment. We also know from US/British reports that K5 is effective enough to stop M829A2 equivalents. Which led directly to the development of M829A3 to defeat the heavy flyer plates. So from the available reports - K5 is definitely within reports. The only real unknown is Relikt’s performance.

WR isn’t 100% concrete proof either way. A vehicle having a low WR doesn’t automatically mean it’s weak, just as a high WR doesn’t automatically mean it’s OP. Player skill, lineup composition, vehicle popularity, matchmaking, map rotation, stock grind and player behaviour all influence WR. Look at things like T58 is also having “mid” WR despite it being absolutely broken at 8.3/8.7. Meanwhile US props like F8F is sitting at stupidly low BR of 4.7, and US props keep going down while Zeroes keep going up because US players keep turnfighting Zeroes. Or look at Japan’s 7.0 Type 75 MLRS having the highest WR in the July stats right now… Proof that is OP beyond measure.
I highly doubt that front track kill Jagdtiger statement lol. Is its angled pen good? But its penetration against angled armour is pretty well documented, and is slightly underperforming due to Gaijin’s formula. And your 7.62 mm vs 30 mm claim is especially questionable. Even Soviet 20mms were infamously known as Sparkvarks together with the Hissparkos until everyone suffers from Real ShatterTM.
Same goes for aircraft. Saying Soviet props benefit because “nobody fights at high altitude” is basically an argument about skill issue and map/gameplay design rather than proof that the aircraft themselves are overpowered. If players choose to fight in a way that favours one aircraft’s strengths, that’s not equivalent to the vehicle receiving an artificial advantage. See P-47s turn fighting Zeroes and now Zeroes are 6.0…
Yes, many ground maps favour close-range combat, but that doesn’t automatically mean they “favour Russia.” Close-range maps also benefit NATO vehicles through better gun handling, mobility and reload rates.

You can absolutely criticize Gaijin’s balancing and modelling, but the argument should be based on comparable vehicles and controlled comparisons and not a collection of unrelated mechanics that happen to produce favourable outcomes in some situations.
