Option 1 is much better than option 2 when russia already has access to Kh38s and the best SPAA in the entire game.
So the solution seems quite simple.
also “will not have any ARMs except Kh58s” as if Kh58s were terrible.
Genuinely people defending Kh31s can cry me a river for all i care. This thing is demonically busted compared to non-russian ARMs ingame.
Someone else will have to do that considering kh31 is in game right now.

AS-17 is mostly broken because the other systems in the game are either not implemented or multiple decades older. AARGM (HARM but modern) would be quite strong, and AARGM-ER/SiAW should be even better (once it’s finished development). I don’t have info on other NATO systems but the capabilities of their modern systems are likely also as good as AS-17 or better.

none of the thing you said was true.
it niether better or equal. it actually worse. not mentioning the platform that these missiles uses. being faster and better than the kh58 platforms.

yeah i think your forgeting the platforms that uses kh58. bcz i am not crazy like you to think a su24 or su22 is worth doing sead with at 13.0 GRB.
Su25SM3 has them. Also more importantly, does russia need them? Russia already gets a built in extremely good ESM that is basically a wallhack against SPAAs coupled with Kh38s
But of course, nah, russia requires not only the best SPAA but also the best ARM coupled with the best ATGM be it SAL or IR because we cant have russia losing 1% WR

also stop playing dumb, theres a reason you cut it off at that range and even in your video at most it is 2 seconds slower not a world apart like you are trying to imply
kinematicaly they are similar at closer ranges with HARM having traveled up to ~1000m further at close range
however past ~15-20km depending on launch speed KH58 is significantly better
so as I said they are very comparable as much as you try to downplay it
and lets see how it compares with every other ARM, oh yeah it is right in the middle of the best ones and is the best at longer ranges

Yep. Games where Russia doesn’t/doesn’t get the chance to spawn their CAS are pretty much free wins for the other, usually US, side at the moment.

yes you were trying to imply they were unusable when they are just slightly slower at close ranges
and much less of a kinematic difference than Kh38 vs mavs which was allowed to exist for years because it was a russian missile that was better
