Blame the maps, on city and CQB maps the tanks are good because of their ERA, but on maps with hills, slopes and trees anything is better than a T tank. German WR have been known to be low even before the BMPT was added.
I use T90M hold the point and gain 11 kill 3000SP. Only low level players would overlook the excellent frontal armor of the Russian tanks because of their slow reversing speed or poor aiming angle.

Because having a decent MBT doesn’t really matter. Not only were the 2A7V and the Abrams nerfed several times. Including via the turret basket and co. Ad the 2A7V now needs an Ace crew to have the same reload as Russian stock tanks.
Their line ups absolutely suck, hard. Germany has absolutely atrocious CAS across the board. And it shows. And while they have an okay SPAA. It gets hard countered by Mi28NM and the new Pantsir is a single piece vehicle that in War Thunder outperforms the IRIS-T by leagues while being easier to use.

Yes Germany faced problems are not limited to BMPT alone .The Leopard 2 series was excellent in the past, but excessive weakening has made them no longer powerful.

You know its only russian with no reverse gear tanks can hold points!!! Its impossible for nato tanks to do that.
I think the tournament players just dont know that ahah!! They must be not thinking correctly for only using nato tanks in tourneys for holding or attacking.

The German top tier lineup is pretty good though.
EF AESA, 2A7, less armoured leopard 2s and a mostly solid AA.
The only issue with it that I see is LDIRCM overperforming

good? yes… but on par with russians? not even close.
use some grey matter you have between ears man… because russian tanks are smaller is it easier for them to survive longer in positions because moving tanks have to shoot with pinpoint accuracy on the move to be able to frontally kill them while other nations can’t do the same… huge frontal plate on abrams or no armor israelis etc…

Stuff like the Abrams and Merkava is played more in Tournaments than Russian MBTs and the difference really isn’t close.

Use some common sense yourself before you spew nonsense like usual, because your argument still makes no sense.
I literally stated pro players still use nato tanks over every type of situation. Because mobility is far more important than some weakspot you have issues in shooting. I dont know if its your skill for aiming or you dont know what russian weakspots are lol.
But nato tanks are better in holding or going on offensive. Me when i can reverse faster and a guy who knows how to shoot weakspots will eventually suffer harder shooting a tank that can reverse out of a bad position better and play angles better than a tank going -4kmh. Or sittinn there with a funny lower plate or a driver’s port which is universal on every tank in terms of weakspots that any guy can hit.

SPICE 250 + brimstones (which are the best anti-ldircm weapon)
Even for anti-CAS it’s good thanks to amazing FM + one of the best radars in the game
Tanks are better, SPAA is worse, CAS is on par and CAP is better.

Survivability onion applies even to war thunder.
Armour is never your primary form of defense against a threat.
Armour fails the moment an enemy is able to penetrate it (which everyone at top tier can) and when the enemy knows your weakpoints (which everyone should)

Also peaking someone holding an angle is always a bad idea lol. This guy think that justifies russian bias in some sort when youre the person in the wrong for pushing someone on the point without a teammate or the proper angle.
Anyone holding an angle is at a advantage, and leo2A7V with smaller weakpoints anyway than the abrams or abrams itself with a 5 second reload are absolute killer on holding points too

I mean the kh38 are objectively better than the spice 250s, that begin said, with some luck and proper positioning the spice can kill a ton of players in a single run.
They aren’t weak, just middle of the pack/nothing special.
Tanks like the Leo 2s and Abrams are still better by quite a bit depending on which T-series you compare them to.
Yeah, but you get more SPICE 250s on an infinitely better airframe.
So whole you have some disadvantages you also gain elsewhere.
Can’t forget that you get brimstones too
