Russian Teams Steamrolling NATO - Top Tier is Broken Again?

Speaking of poor challenger, poor, poor, small challenger, 2 matches, both were with Germany, my team died before I even got to the battle, and when I did get to both matches I was simply run over.

i bought the OES and grinded other Chally 2s at exact moment they added leopard 2a7. That was awful.

As URSS, USA, British main i can say URSS its the easiest and with more OP vehicles

Ding Ding. We have a winner.

Now sit back and watch the stream of excuses and deflection. TT RU has a broken combo of toys and those stats are as good an indicator as any.

It really is not. Easily half of my death this past month have been KH-38 or LMUR. It’s not uncommon to see a guy scoring 10 kills because he jumped in his MI-28NM.

SLM fails horribly at killing the new DIRCM helis. It’s now very common to see one of these helis kill all the IRIS, thus opening the way for plane CAS to come in and murder what’s left. I’d rather face the IRIS in my AH-64E than the Pantsir.

Flakrad is also completely outmatched with only 2 ready to shoot missiles. Firing 3 ATGM at it pretty much guarantees the kill against it.

Just crewed the merkavas 3b, hadn’t gotten bombed by su-25/su-33 so much wondering where all the CAS degens come from, probably the CAS and the winning rate of my Merkavas is 43% lol

Mains of other nations have been screaming until we’re blue in the face that Top Tier Russia is totally broken.

Stats come out for October that show, yes - Top Tier Russia is outperforming by a decent margin.

Conclusion: Top Tier Russia is totally broken.

Who knew that giving them the best CAS missiles, the broadest lineup of solid MBTs without the use of backups, a helo that has a magical missile shield and the best helo-launched ATGM might make them break the game? Oh, plus a suite of genuinely potent SAMs to contend with the few opposing pilots who manage to spawn A2A fighters.

No, totally impossible to foresee that… (facepalm).

The lineup is legit T-80BVM/T-80U and friends.

If you are going to count the T-72s and T-90s as solid MBTs I’m going to count my Challenger 2 OES as a just as solid MBT.

Ahem and what is the T58?

@Forum Moderators

That’s a flat out ragebait lie.
How can you genuinely think that low of nation mains?
How can you claim they’ve been stating such wrong things?

Everyone knows Russian bias doesn’t exist.

Also Statshark in October shows no domination by any tech tree. Players sure, but players aren’t tech trees.
Unless you’re going to claim the Leopard 2A7HU is the best tank in War Thunder…

Even @Alpharius11348 proved your claims wrong by stating the team skill [win rate] of teams with Soviets was higher. No where in Alpharius’s post is there non-skill based evidence.

What’s the weather like on Pluto these days?

Meanwhile… on planet Earth.

I’ll tell you exactly how to win in a War Thunder match:
Fill your vehicle slots with MBTs, a SPAA/air superiority fighter, and sometimes a light tank.
If you want to get fancy, put in a helicopter.

Then use those slots to control the ground and win the match.

Why do you think the win rates are highest among tech trees whose players don’t bring CAS?
It’s mathematically proven as well.

100 - 150 spawn points for a first spawn tank.
For top helicopters, the spawn points of tanks don’t get more expensive until the 4th spawn. 5th for jets with IR AGMs.

And that math translates to real-world matches.
I cannot count how many times my teams have lost because they spawned CAS… it’s in the thousands.
I can count how many times my teams have won due to spawning CAS on one hand, and one of them was me at BR 7.7 where my F-84G helped me get a nuke with France.

Every single win that isn’t a nuke results in battles around points or the winning team in the enemy spawn.

Edit:
Fixed wing CAS was OP, but it wasn’t winning matches.
When NATO had OP CAS for 3 years, Soviets were claimed to be OP despite not having any OP CAS for 2 of those years… because they were forced to use cheaper spawning vehicles which let them drain the enemy spawn points faster. Both in superior skill and basic game knowledge.
When USSR got Su-34? Win rates went down… I don’t need to wonder why because the math predicted it.

This is reliant on player decisions, and this idea about winning matches will be wrong in some areas in the near future. Most of what’s in this post replaced previously incorrect information.

SPAA Octomber
Kings - Iris-t, Sky sabre
Average - SAMP/T, Pantsir, BUK, Elde, CLAWS, CS/SA5, ITO
Losers - SPYDER, TAN-SAM

The Spyder is a double loser since it was also moved to 12.7 for some unknown reason lmao.

What has that to do with BVM vs 2A7 ?

errrrr something something reverse speed and gun depression, i promise russia is actually really bad bro, you just haven’t played every russian tank so you can’t weigh in

your wrong, when you start with the t72/90 serie, you get use to the slow reverse and the gun depression, but you unlock the bvm every thing change, sure i didnt play bvm but i got it and i tested for a while,

But i have to say it’s actually impressive for Germany to have such a bad winrate, when they play with Russia a lot.

Is it really surprising that the BVM has better stats than the 2A7 when the 2A7 is getting farmed by LMUR and KH-38, same as anybody else not Russia right now?

let me think like you, so if russia win rate get low, i can blame the irst and brimstone and say why everyone is a german main
