Russian Rank V and VI cannons may be bugged, or just desperately need a change

the Soviet rank V and VI cannons might be bugged. it seems that even if I get a perfect hit, the game shrugs it off as a hit. if it is intentional, then the cannons need to be buffed, because it is impossible that the 37mm autocannon which “tore apart sabres” in real life can hit 3 times and do minimal damage that doesn’t even require a return to base for the enemy to repair.

HE rounds atm are completely bugged. Try using AP belts, I heard they were better.
