And again the devs make ussr better then other nations, i have noticed that the ztz99a stab gets unstable on max speed but that doesnt happen with even lower ranked soviet tanks and they want us think there is no russian bias

ZTZ-99A’s top speed is above 70kph [or 75], there is no Russian bias.

There’s no russian bias, buddy.
Russian tanks are quite overtiered most of the time (at least the toptier ones).
China has very good vehicles all around since they’re mostly copy-paste/upgraded russian tanks renamed as chinese ones, and with the addition of thd M1A2T, now they’re even better.
But there will still be some players complaining because the reload is too slow or that the Russians don’t have reverse

In my experience as a pretty bad player, the ZTZ-99s are good but suffer in terms of armor.

purely bad luck, u’re not the only one who gets this kind of shots.
once a Maus penetrated my 100mm of armor at 58º with a 75mm HEAT that has 115mm of pen, it surely can’t pen, but it did whatsoever.
it’s just RNG doing it’s job, if u start crying cuz ur tandem ATGM did a sh*t to a “russian tank” (something that happened once) i recommend u to
I hit a panther in the side with the french 90mm ap and it non-penned. German bias is real
