Yes, they are. Kills gained through major damage to an opponent do not count for ground vehicles. I get a LOT of assists because of this. If I have disabled an opponent, I will also often let a squad mate take it to help them grind. There is more to winning than just raw kills.

Armor LOS is gained from declassified Soviet and NATO documentation from back when the USSR fell. Kontakt-5 stops shells it was meant to stop, Relikt is literally programmed by first-hand info from NII Stali (the manufacturer). There are currently no shells in-game that can penetrate Relikt.

Well the KH38ML is indeed laser-guided, but 90% of the time people will choose KH38MT which is IR guided. And according to his stats, he primarily plays arcade. Given that I doubt he knows the diff between those two munitions since u can never choose what cas and weapon u are going to spawn in.
