It could go down to 10.7 with 3BM42/6 just like the Indian one, but I still don’t think 80UD should be higher.
I don’t think that’s a big difference, as 0.9 degrees per second grants you like a second faster traverse in full range of motion.
Something like a Challenger DS with 22.5 degrees of vertical traverse actually has a big difference over those two, as it’s several times faster.

In what manner? None of the rounds in game were made to counter Relikt, not to mention Russian tanks are quite easy to disable or outright kill if you aim at the three rather large weakspots.

I also do not understand what you are talking about bad shots. There are borderline no bad shots in WT, if you get penetrated there is a 80-90% chance of OHK and the rest % is a critical deadly disable, at least for me it is easy to get kills, tanks like T90M are garbage.
