I assume you mean the Harrier GR1. An aircraft that got multiple major BR increases within days of its release, a number of artificial nerfs and then spent most of the next 2-3 years in such a terrible state it was borderline unplayable, even to this day, its one of, if not the weakest harrier in-game and the Harriers in general need a number of signficant buffs and overhauls.
Though it wasnt even the aircraft at fault, it was the SRAAMs being added before flares were wide spread and people not knowing how to use rockets as flares, and the SRAAMs have only just recently gotten buffed up to partial IRL performance.
But sure, lets compare Harrier GR1 to the BMPT which has gotten an incredibly small BR change that did nothing post release compared to the Harrier GR1 that did actually get nerfed extremely hard upon release

I find it hard to believe in Russian bias.
Bias would mean preferential treatment, and if you know ANYTHING about playing Russia in wt, especially top tier air, you know that the airframes are NOT super good.
For years alot of people have been fighting to buff the MiG-29’s FM, since it’s actually ABYSMAL at dogfighting, we’ve also been pushing for the Su-27’s FM to be buffed for years (for nearly an entire year it had the FM of the T-10 prototype.)
IF there really was Russian Bias, why have top tier jets, who are famous for their flight performance, been gimped for years?
Another thing to point out is with the MiG-29A/C’s. If there truly WAS Russian bias, why have they not yet received R-73’s? The F-16ADFs got their AMRAAMS, it would make sense for the MiG-29s to have the weapons there were famous for using.
In the first few iterations of the Apex Predators Dev server the MiG-29s DID have R-73, but no R-27ER.
If there was a bias towards the Russians, would it not make sense that the MiG-29s would be added with both the ER AND R-73? That would be showing the Russians preferential treatment, and be decent proof of Russian Bias.
Another thing is the tanks. They have some of the worst reloads at top tier, assuming you’re loading 3BM60 (Because the two APFSDS options at top tier is 3BM60 or 3BM42 basically every other tank will load faster than you, and if two people push you at once you better start praying after you (hopefully) get the first guy. Since it’s not like you’ll be backing into cover quickly in a Russian tank.

There’s videos of the LMUR operating, and it does indeed use Top down attack.
If you wanna talk about bug reports, I’d recommend reading the Su-27 threads and seeing the dozens of times FM reports were denied for petty reasons.
we literally had to explain how the J-11 is the same as the Su-27SK to get the most recent buff to pass over a year of trying.
Even then, citing bug reports for proof of Russian bias is meaningless. There are reports to buff Russian planes which have been sitting as accepted in stasis for years, as have reports for vehicles from other nations. Because at the end of the day, there’s ALOT of bugs to be fixed in this game.

Yes there are alot of bugs, but the devs gave two different values to two different missiles with the same top down attack introduced in the same update. Guess which one got a higher value and which one got nerfed with actual usable sources. Saying that Russia also has bugs doesn’t deny the fact that there is russian bias in certain areas. It exists but not in every corner of the game like most people say.
Yes, You cannot use footage from ongoing conflicts for bug reporting. But we don’t need to bug report the LMUR for NOT having top down attack. It was added with that feature.

If there’s BIAS towards Russia as a nation, then that Bias would be shown in it’s entirety, not an individual basis. You can’t be half-biased.

Only the Mi-28NM has FnF missiles with a curved top-attack trajectory; every other country’s helicopter has FnF missiles that just fly in a straight line. trolling

They’d rather implement blueprint Kh-38MTs than actual, real-world Brimstones, yet they’re still out here claiming ‘no bias.’ Calling a blatant advantage a ‘feature’ is a joke.

Thing is Gaijin tried giving the JAGM a top down attack but of course gave it a lower number than the LMUR in the same update. At least its higher than PARS and SPIKEs.
I prefer the stronger American lineups.
Object 279 is currently over-BR’d as it’s at a BR where everything lolpens it while it doesn’t in return.
PT-76-57 hasn’t been OP in years. It’s currently at a BR where the average gun pens 280mm of armor.
I think PT-76-57 is fine where it is cause it has LRF and scouting, but it’s not as strong as T-55A or Chieftain in terms of game presence.
2S38 while it’s slightly OP, so is the 120S.
Object 292 is chronically non-OP. It’s a 10 second reloading gun with decent armor. That’s it.
120S pens it.
BMPT is OP, at least as OP as Puma once was.
EBR was even more OP than BMPT is, EBR having use to be 2.7 BRs below where it currently resides.
Saying that the ebr is more op than the bmpt is criminal.

It was OP, and it went up 2.7 BRs.
The most BMPT can go up is 2.3, and 1.0 - 1.7 is what people are expecting.

The 1954 EBR was even more OP on release (4.3 iirc) than the BMPT ever will be. The only reason it wasn’t talked about as much was because it:
- Wasnt from Russia. Anything good Russia gets will have community meltdowns because people have internal biases against Russia.
- Wasn’t a high tier vehicle. People only care about 10.0+ it seems, and it shows.
- Wasn’t an easily purchasable premium from a major nation.
Imagine facing a highly mobile tank with 6.0-6.3 level firepower in your M4A2. It can also out reload you, out maneuver you, and negate your armour. Closest high tier comparison would be the CV90120 if it was 10.X.

OP in the hands of a skilled player vs OP in the hands of everyone doesn’t equate the same.
You add the EBR '54 as a tech tree vehicle at its old br and it wouldn’t have done nearly as well statistically, CCs inflated the demand after the event ended, but in reality it wasn’t that common, and was moved ridiculously fast
BMPT however was added as a tech tree & premium which means everyone and their dog can get their hands on one, and it remains insanely well performing statstically.
The EBR was never remotely as oppressive as the BMPT by sheer nature of design, you’re comparing a light tank with an autoloader against a top tier tank with IFV armament.
