GBU-39 should have a 1m or less CEP. The F-15E should be able to carry 28 of them

Honestly, quite a lot.
I mean, ru tech tree have some great planes, but a lot of BRs have very poor cas options.
For example, you do not get any CCIP for dumb bombs until 10.3, while other tech trees are getting TV guided stuff.
Honestly, really good cas for ru are on:
1.3 - BB1
4.7 - infamous yak and pe-8
6.0 - second infamous yak
11.0 - MIG-23
13.0 - SU’s

11.3 with su24/su39, 12.7 w/ su25sm3, 10.0 with the su17/su25 (esp with high resolution monitor), and 8.0 with the premium mig 15 are all good as well. I’m not a big fan of the mig27, I think the su22 is better, mig27 can’t carry any A2A missiles when you take the Kh29, and the advantage it has via the tpod is kinda moot since you can’t carry kh25ml with the kh29, the gun is nice but at that BR its kinda suicide in a lot of cases. Su22 just carries more on top of the 2 kh29td, and gets 6 R60M, only thing it loses is worse gun and 2 tv bombs that kinda spooky to use since they aren’t glide bombs.
Giving to missile, which probably does exist only in marketing materials, seeker with better resolution then helicopters or TGP is BIAS.
Not sure what else it could be called, perhaps handhelding.
SU39 - wild take, would never ever even try to play it.
SU24 - fair enough, it’s a solid choice on paper. But would rather take mig23 with 2xch29T+2xkab500 paired with 11.0 lineup
questionable, slow and vulnerable plane, and just 0.3BR higher you have much better SU-30/SU34 combo.
Dumb bombs and rockets or clunky laser weapons, while othrs have TV guided bombs/ ATGMs or good targeting pods
The key is “premium”. Other than premium mig 15 you do not really have any sensible option

Ya know - I used to think it was Russian tank Bias, now with recent events.!! Its seems certain folk from certain nations get bias.!! 155mm Pen shell to the rear of certain folks tanks - BOUNCE!!! Hmmmmmm

The G-pull on those without loosing any energy is questionable

I know that it is impossible because only gaijin might could provide such statistic data but i think it would be very interesting if somehow we had data about
- tanks autoloaders being hit without ammo explosion
- tanks ammo racks being hit without explosions
- tanks one shot kills ( tank that shot and tank that destroyed)
- tanks surviving lethal shots (example: tank surviving a direct hit by a sturmtiger or almost direct hit bomb explosions )
- tanks kills by insane projectile spalling even by relatively small caliber guns

I wonder if skill shark or whatever it is will start tracking that if people become fine with having their game watched constantly.
Like it watches you play the game, see’s how many shots to the ammunition a tank generally gets, and compares it to others.
You just reminded me about the meme I made like 1 year ago. The funny part that it’s still not outdated and almost nothing changed since then (except for poor AMX and Etendard).

Well it being a Russian company of course they dont want the US to look good. Do you remember the giant post last year with some dude posting proof of Abrams armour and it was completely ignored lol US is fighting with one hand behinds its back while Russia has all this fake bullshit. 2s38,T90M Russias most modern tank etc etc.

And yet best tank in the game is Leopard 2A7V most modern German tank and the best tank setup is with Swedish Strv122 but it always Russian bias no matter the fact that Soviets have something between third and second rate quality surpassing Merkavas, Challengers and Ariette.
