Players being skilled has nothing to do with “Russia” which still isn’t a tech tree in War Thunder.
The “best” A2G weapons was not the issue until it was on a supersonic platform precisely because the platforms give IR AGMs the range advantage needed to defeat Pantsir and others, and even then it was at 12.7 and then 13.0 where it was rarely seen among most top ground players with a maximum of 4 players of any team having such CAS today.
Also being mad that Gneisenau or other ships are “paper” when there’s evidence of all ships in War Thunder being laid down is hilarious.
Soyuz’s armor is 1000mm in exactly 1 profile that only lets two turrets fire on targets, outside that profile it quickly drops to below 600mm if you want 3 turrets firing.

Im not mad about ships like Gneisenau for which we both know the Hull and the guns or Sachsen which is just a beefed up Bayern. I (and a lot of others) are mad that a paper ship with no references to compare it to whatsoever is outperforming every other new BB by an insane margin for no reason
Skilled players moved from Soviet top BR to other tech trees. Simple as that.

USA had unkillable OP CAS since 2022 yet its win rates didn’t change because CAS does not win matches.
USA has had meta MBTs since 2020 yet its win rate tanked because skilled players moved to Sweden and Soviets in 2022.
I get the feeling to attribute player skill to their machines instead, but if you’re going to cite player skill [win rate] you know what you’re citing.

For nations with high player counts the average player skill is in the basement anyway so the couple good ones make way less of an impact. The strenght of the machine only makes a significant impact if the skill floor is low enough so the average player can utilize it
If you just want to damage the autoloader sure, other wise it’s far too inconsistent
Only for a long shots (500+ meters)… anything in urban envierment is one-shot-kill

If that was true then USA wouldn’t have had all the skilled players from 2020 to 2022.

Dude can you make the slightest effort to make your texts more comprehensive?
I have no idea how in the world you came to that conclusion after reading my posts. My claim the entire time was that USSR tree players are as bad as any popular nation due to most players being not good at the game. Im saying that if a highly popular br suddenly has a very good performance its because of low skill floor, strong weapons not because of the small amount of good players with multiple trees.
Nothing, the perceived opinion of some veteran players about someting 4-5 years ago just doesnt tell us anything about average player skill now
