some japan and some british props are undertiered
there are lot more russian props that are undertiered

Like I have said about perspective in other threads, its hard for average or even dedicated players to gain it because of how grindy the game is. I play this game like a job sometimes, and realistically in a 4 year time span I’ve only been able to just now completely finish germany and russia air/ground/helis, play all the lineups and spade from rank III to VIII.
People get trapped in specific tech trees for a VERY long time and the only realistic way for them to expierence other trees is via premiums which is really sad. I do hope something is done about the grind, I would like to play USA, but thats going to be another 1k+ hour adventure if not more that I’m just not going to bother with in the current state of the grind.
Germany finally got a sparrow slinger, though I had to pay 80 dollars for it. And just having that to play with opened my eyes to just how good r27 are, I knew they better, but until I played something with sparrows it was hard to really gauge how much.
And on that topic im not sure how I feel about balance there, if we compare 12.7 jets like the Mig29 VS F18c early, obviously the Mig29 has the advantage 1v1 in BVR with the R27ER, but it only get 2 of them vs 6 sparrow Ps. ARB isn’t a 1v1 game, and honestly I feel like the 6 sparrows even with basically half the effective range and significantly worse time to impact I feel like I get higher kill games in the f18. And it does feel goofy that you have stuff like the su33 just .3 BR higher that not only carries r27, but 8 of them lol. Compression is absolutely wild right now.

How does the non extended range R27 perform compared to aim7 M/P? Russia doesn’t have any planes that use these aside from stock grind, and from what little I’ve used them they seem to be a bit worse than sparrows, seems like they don’t have nearly as long motor/sustainer whatever time and start bleeding hard at range.
And if we got a mig29 with r73 and regular r27 would it even be allowed to sit at 12.7 still? Would be weird if it was 13.0 when we have the mig29G there.

The normal r27r is a bit worse in range than the sparrow but has better pull
so if we assume the Mig29 would get the r27r and r73, it would be worse at range but better once it closes the gap

Besides some minor changes it is just a recolored 9.12 that west Germany got after the reunification and the USSR obviously didn’t sell any new weapons to west Germany so they had to use the available stockpiles
Damn I didn’t knew that the Mig29 being a flying airbrake is Russian propaganda or the f16a being an absolute menace at 12.3
