You have to take USSR + China (because China is basically USSR in terms of MBTs. Proof, they have the same winrate in sim), and Aviation winrate as well for both the nations (because CAS counts in the winrate), taking +12.7 BRs.
You do a weighted average in favor of the CAS (because CAS does more kills in 12.7 than ground vehicles let’s be honest), let’s say *0.6, then you get your real Russian/Chinese winrate.
It does, the stat tells you whether the person understands the vehicle’s strengths and weaknesses and knows how to play or not, it also tells you if they are good player or they are dogwater bro. I would rather listen to one player with 2.0KD on his Leclerc than 10000 people with 0.5kd on their Leclerc, all the noise from the incompetence holds no value as they won’t help your situation bro

mfw the japanese MBTs are glorified light tanks, the best light tank available is 9.7, the SPAA is mediocre to useless.
Only place where Japan shines is helis and planes.
Compare that to russian MBTs, the BMPT, the Pantsir, Mi28NM with LMURs, 2S38 which is a 10.3 “light tank” thats still able to pen 12.7 tanks from the front and ofc Su30SM/SM2
