The BMP-2M is very well playable, so I don’t see why the Terminator wouldn’t be. It’s rare for me to die from the tubes being hit by ammunition.
Most of the times I ever get killed is from a direct hit in the hull with shells or heavy MG.
And on the contrary, its turret would be a good advantage as it isn’t crewed (2S38 has a relatively good survivability thanks to that).
Why wouldn’t you? It’s what Gaijin does, afterall.
For the record, I don’t believe that Russian Bias™ exists, but Gaijin going down the route of applying the most blithely optimistic assumptions about Sovetsky Soyuz’s non-verifiable stats and capabilities

In her current state and with the current damage model in place, Soyuz simply is OP (as in, is the overwhelmingly clear favourite facing anything in her BR range when used in a 1v1 against an equally skilled opponent) to an unholy degree, even more so than Scharnhorst in her heyday.
I have mothballed mine after spading it, and that will remain the case until her stats get adjusted and/or a truly viable counterpart emerges for the other nations.
You know, if those shells would be fired by even remotely comparable guns from vehicles that aren’t 6 BRs and however many decades of technological advancement apart, your strawman wouldn’t appear quite so rotund.

Almost everything. I agree with the CAS and helis, but they only have 1 MBT that can be considered great. Everything else hovers between solid and mediocre.

T-90M is mid as hell. It’s probably the most overhyped vehicle at top tier.
EDIT: 2S38 is also a contender for most overhyped vehicle at high/top tier though.
