Wrong, Kh29T where added in 2021 and it was and still better than AGM-65D, also, mavericks where nerfed after 1-2 months of breaking the game while kh38´s still being the best CAS.
Also, at that time 2s6 was top2 AA for the time, Vikhrs where there also with 12km of range.
The ONLY thing 2S38 has an advantage over HSTVL is ammo capacity, thats it. In every other aspect it’s worse.
