They could not finish it in time due to the war. There have been delays because of some issues with armor, but IIRC it happened to other navies as well.

It’s going to be true the other way around as well, those that are interested in and are complaining about L23 likely aren’t going to be complaining about KH-38MT. That’s just a normal thing that happens. Bring it up also doesn’t help as it’s more of an “whataboutism” thing.

Im not. Bayern and Derfflinger existed so you can reasonably work out Yorcks theoretical performance in most regards. You cannot do the same with Soyuz since there is nothing real thats close to it
