For a ship to be added only construction on it had to be started
That applies to all nations

It turned out this rule is especially tailored to get ru the best navy in war thunder. Soyuz is smoking everything, while all Navies with real existing ships look like defenseless sheeps.
I know that, don’t like it myself tbh. My stance on this problem is that the ONLY countries that should recieve vehicles that never been constructed are the minor ones that have big gaps/nothing to add without it. Same for tanks, same for boats, same for planes
Because they wouldn’t have much to add if they had strict rules like with tanks and planes ?

Sov Soyuz was and is a huge mistake. Naval mode desintegrated at top BR. Almost no one willing to play. Full of AI bots. Some especially terribly weak ships like the Yamato or Roma almost never played. Some Iowas and a Soyuz tormenting everyone. Often topping out with 10+ kills at the end.
These fantasy unit never should have been added.
