Sov Soyuz was and is a huge mistake. Naval mode desintegrated at top BR. Almost no one willing to play. Full of AI bots. Some especially terribly weak ships like the Yamato or Roma almost never played. Some Iowas and a Soyuz tormenting everyone. Often topping out with 10+ kills at the end.
These fantasy unit never should have been added.

Also, Sweden has one of the best ground lineups for years now, despite being a minor nation. I think this is expected as one of the devs publicly stated he enjoys Sweden.

Ship rules aren’t even different in a positive way.
Ground vehicles, aircraft, and ship rules are identical in one regard: If it entered production, it’s possible to add.
M10 Booker is the same exact state as Sovetsky Soyuz. Was entering production then cancelled.
Ships just don’t have prototype rules.

The rule was to allow ships form many nations, including France, Britain, and Italy.
All to compete against USA.
